Jacuzzi Pool Filter assembly failed and Leslie's refused to handle the warranty within my 2 yr window. I had purchased an extended warranty as well. I had to contact WaterWay directly and wait two weeks for the new filter housing. They manager at Leslie's wasn't nice about it. He just shrugged his shoulders and said that's how it is. Jacuzzi has since sold to WaterWay Plastics. Already frustrated with having to do the work my service provider (Leslie's) should be doing, I was then presented with a $300 invoice for labor after install. I refused to pay for service I had already paid for up front with the extended warranty. The service techs were both very nice but I got the feeling they were not going to get paid by Leslie's for the work. Needless to say, I will never order anything from Leslie's again. A local small contractor will likely provide a better experience. read more

Amazing service from the store General Manager Heather and the store tech Chris. The field tech Steve is absolutely the best as he's knowledgeable, friendly, conscientious and prompt. When I had an earlier issue, it escalated to their Vice President Greg who was on top of it and appreciated the feedback. We've been waiting for literally 4 months to get our pool repaired. It took over a month for a pump to come in, which I completely understand, is out of their hands due to short supply. However, we got said pump and it burned out in 4 days. Another pump came in a month later and we have now been waiting 6 weeks for them to install it and were told today it would be another 4 weeks until a technician could come out, even though it's a 5 min install. 10 weeks to fit a 5 min job into a schedule is absurd, especially since we've seen Leslie's techs in our area multiple times since this occurred. Their customer service has been absolutely no help whatsoever. We will certainly be taking our business elsewhere for all future pool needs. read more

I have been trying to get my pool heater repaired through Leslies. Thus far the tech has been to my house two times and failed to properly diagnose the issue each time. I've now waited over 7 weeks alternately for parts or service availability. Today I was told that the issue was due to low voltage at my pool heater (which Leslies originally sold and installed about 2.5 years ago) and that I would need to get an electrician. I don't understand why checking voltage wasn't done on the initial service call. Heather has sped up central scheduling for the technician for past appointments, which I appreciate. And the technician is very polite. But all in all this has been a pretty frustrating experience. read more

My wife and I have had a really good experience working with Heather, the manager at this location. We were having some trouble with keeping our pool clean and Heather helped us out quite a bit. Her and my wife spent quite a bit of time reviewing our issues. To resolve this issue we came back several times, we were in luck with Heather being there pretty much every time. We had a couple of other people over the last several weeks and they were helpful as well. These folks are awesome at the Brodie Lane location! I started off as a pool newbie the first time I stepped in, and the staff there is always so helpful. The free water treatments are great- you can go in there as many times as you want to get your water chemicals tested. I often drop off my bottle to be tested as I go some place local like Academy or Lowes to do other errands, then return to pick it up. Prices on supplies are not bad either- I compared their bulk quantity chlorine tablets with places like Lowes and Wal Mart, they come out cheaper. The hours they are open fits my schedule well, as I am busy during the day. Even during their winter hours they are open until 7pm weekdays, and 9pm for summer! Sunday hours too, open 7 days a week. Whether a new or experienced pool owner, I would highly recommend Warehouse Pool Supply over on Brodie. Given that a pool is a never ending maintenance effort and a continual cost, the folks there ease some of the pain of being a pool owner :) Great service, easy location if you live south, and hours open beyond 6pm make this a great business for pool owners to visit! read more

The store is located in front of Academy, in the strip of stores off to the side (about two stores before Bed Bath & Beyond). In typical south Austin fashion, the store is big, I dare say oversized, which turns out to be a good thing. After finding out that Target, Walmart, and Academy are all out of arm floaties, I came to Warehouse Pool Supply as my last resort. So I walk inside and right away it smells like summer. Or maybe just chlorine. A brief walk around shows a wide selection of aquatic supplies. Lo and behold, a surplus of arm floaties. Wonderful. I get what I need and am out of there in no time. Even though it is technically fall, Warehouse Pool Supply operates under the guise that it's pretty much always summer in Texas. And I thank them for that. read more

Fantastic! Also, Nacho in particular rocks. I came in here about 4-5 times over the course of a few weeks looking for a specific float - the majestic unicorn - which I needed in time for my floatmageddon weekend on the San Marcos River. I was too cheap to pay for shipping, so I went back over the course of a few weeks checking stock. While they have an excellent selection of other floats (pizza, swans, flamingos, Millenium Falcons, etc.), mine was a little popular and the warehouse was behind on shipping as I was told. Maybe they sensed my desperation, but they were friendly enough to advise me when their shipments came in, checked stores in the other areas and even called for me to confirm. By the last day I needed my float, I came in and Nacho remembered me. He told me one had come in that was on hold for over a week, but the person hadn't come to pick up the float despite their contact attempts. He ordered that person another one for free and gave me the one that had been sitting in their warehouse. I was super impressed and this place made my day. Excellent customer service. I don't have a pool but I will certainly be back here if I ever do! read more

have been a customer since 1997. store employees are always nice and knowledgeable. i do not get the feeling that they are trying to sell you extra/needless stuff, as i have witnessed in other pool stores. two employees stand out - heather and anita. they have been constants for awhile. the store has never operated better! they are my "go to" girls for pool problems ! these girls are impressive! patient and know their "stuff". i have messaged pix to troubleshoot problems, or parts, called back repeatedly for help. more than once - both anita and heather have patiently walked me thru steps/procedures to get my pump back, making a frustration into a pleasant experience while learning. extremely patient and professional! hope you're paying these great gals enough so that they stay ! read more

So I had a hot tub installed. I know nothing about hot tubs and pools. I had a bag of chemicals and did not know what to do with it. My water turned green in a week when it's supposed to last 3 months. So I lug it over to Warehouse Pool Supply. I've gone in about 4 times and each time everyone has been helpful (even though they look like young college kids that don't know what is going on). Don't let looks deceive you; they know their stuff and don't try to oversell you. Great prices too. read more

Been coming here for years, going back to when this location was Warehouse Pools. Yes, it's often more expensive than online, but when I need something I usually need it immediately. If I needed some work done on my Polaris, I could always count on coming in and Casey would fix it up while I waited. Unfortunately, I dropped off my Polaris on Sunday for what I thought would be a minor repair. I should have suspected something when they told me it might take a few days, but I figured they were just backed up. On Wednesday I called to ask about the status and was told they're still waiting for somebody to come in and do repairs. When I asked what's taking so long compared to previous times I've come in for repairs, they told me that Casey isn't there anymore. That's really too bad. Will I still come here to purchase supplies? Sure, it's still the closest place to my house. But unless something changes, I probably won't come back for repairs. read more

I would have rated Warehouse Pool Supply 5 stars but they are merging with Leslie Pool Supply which I dislike immensely so...we will have to see if Warehouse Pool Supply continues to have the amazing service, selection and prices that they have had in the past. I have always used Warehouse Pool Supply in the past and have always been very pleased with them!! Ryan, the Store Manager at this location rescued me from a horrible experience I was having trying to get the store manager of Leslies store in Southpark Meadows to install a Drive train Exchange kit I purchased there for $177.59, labor was to be included. When I returned to that store to retrieve my unit so I could try to install the kit myself (after I was told it would take 5 days to complete the installation) I was given a box of loose old and new parts that was missing several screws and two parts that were included in the kit. I couldn't manage to do the install myself. When I took the box of parts and my sad story to Ryan he immediately went to work to "make things right". It took him 25 min. to install the kit that I had been told would take 5 days to complete. He replaced the items that were missing at no charge. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I won't go anywhere else for my future pool supplies needs. He makes Leslie's look good! read more

Called another store and sent me 20 miles round trip to find out they didn't have the part either! This after having them call and verify the part was in stock. First I went in because my Polaris broke. I thought it was going to be ridiculous to get it fixed, but it was less than $20 and the guy there fixed it, no charge. Then I was missing a little gizmo that attaches the bag to the hose so I went back in to buy one. They gave me one. For free. Great customer service, nice people. I was sent to this store by my aunt who shops at the Warehouse Pool Supply at 620 and 183 after I have had nothing but problems shopping at Leslies. The staff at this location is very patient and walked me through what I needed to know step by step. Never felt as though I was being rushed or pressured even when they have a store full of customers. Granted they pretty much have the same products as the competition but the customer service went well beyond the call of duty and I can appreciate that. The managers were both helping customers and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. My aunt tells me it is the same way at their Cedar Park location. I will be a Warehouse Pool Supply customer from here on out. read more
