They did not reach out to me for over a month. This should have been a clue to move on, but I decided to give them another chance, since I was still waiting for some additional quotes from other contractors. I scheduled a 2nd appointment for a Friday afternoon, arranging my work schedule to accommodate and also moving some weekend travel plans back. At the appointment time, I got another call from Rebath advising that the consultant being sent this time had an emergency, and had to cancel. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, but I said no this time. Two strikes and your out in this case. When I tried to explain my displeasure with 2 last minute cancellations, the inconvenience it caused and why I would not give them a third try, the representative hung up on me.
