They are amazing at customer service. Cody, one of the owners, actually spent over an hour of his time, showing me how to do general maintenance and didn't charge me for it, amazing. Dakota has such an incredible can-do attitude. After the recent storms, they were backlogged over three weeks and couldn't replace my mower deck spring but instead of turning me away, he sold me the part and gave me perfect instructions on how to do it myself. It's this kind of amazing attitude of not just saying no when it's easy but rather go the extra mile, and figure out a solution to my problem. They have a well earned lifetime customer here.

There were two helpful gentlemen at the front desk. However, a man approached us, who appeared to be a manager, who had overheard our conversation, at which he chimed in abruptly. I had asked for a quote on a larger excavator in which the guys initially were working on for me. The appeared manager asked what my intended use for it was and I replied with tree and dirt work and before finishing the sentence he was shaking his head as that of a child would do if not getting their way. I replied with "ok" and he continued with letting me know that I have to have commercial insurance, which i currently possess, and continued with the saying that " i will probably damage the equipment. The "manager" explained they were purchased for an oil company and not intended for the manner in which I had talked about. Personally, his act was not professional at all. I do have experience with the machines and to just assume that I would misuse the machine was unprofessional, and quite frankly rude and churlish. I am appreciative of the two younger guys at the front desk that assisted me in checking if the equipment was available and coming up with a quote. If the equipment is out front for rental, it appears to be ready for use. If not, then i would suggest moving to another location.

This range only self cleans by Aqua-Lift technology- Distilled water in bottom of range so it steams a little. Moseley told us that was the only method being offered due to safety. It does NOT clean. I learned shortly after that the former technology with high heat is still available on certain brands. I wished still had my 20 year old Kenmore. Worked better and had all paint! Don't plan to purchase another Whirlpool!

The lady put me on hold to check the price and told me they were $4.00 less than the competitor so, needing 4 of them, I drove the 7 miles or so to Horaney's. When I arrived, I found them to actually be $3.00 MORE than the competitor's price. When I asked about this, the lady said she never checked the price but rather guessed at it. Sadly, after almost 30 years of shopping here, I can find adequate seeds elsewhere.

We were broke down on the side of I20 in the pouring rain. Aaron was our first call and boy he was a lifesaver. He immediately wanted to know what our issue was. He came out within 20 minutes in the pouring rain with a battery to get us enough power to get us off of that very busy, very frightening freeway. Still stuck on the side of the service road Aaron removed the alternator then traveled to the auto parts store to have it tested.
