They are amazing at customer service. Cody, one of the owners, actually spent over an hour of his time, showing me how to do general maintenance and didn't charge me for it, amazing. Dakota has such an incredible can-do attitude. After the recent storms, they were backlogged over three weeks and couldn't replace my mower deck spring but instead of turning me away, he sold me the part and gave me perfect instructions on how to do it myself. It's this kind of amazing attitude of not just saying no when it's easy but rather go the extra mile, and figure out a solution to my problem. They have a well earned lifetime customer here.

I live one hour away and it leaked all over my truck bed on the way home. Mower had a bad seal and they would only repair not replace with another mower. When you spend $800 on a push mower you expect the dealer to say we are sorry and handle the problem. I even had to load it without help after service. Could have been handle so differently, but they only care about the sale up front. Please, please go somewhere else.

The washing machines seem to be in good order, although they do need some cleaning in the top where you pour your detergent/ fabric softener in, the floors needed to be swept and some trash needed to be thrown out, but overall the equipment seemed to be in decent shape. The bathroom was clean, which is more important to me than a few fabric sheets here and there. It did take four times however to dry one pair of queen sheets on medium, the dryers are only $.25 per cycle, but the cycle is eight minutes long. It also seems to be in a decent neighborhood so you don't feel like you're going to be mugged the minute you step out of your car, so that part was really nice, and for that reason alone, I will probably be back.

It's not the fact they could not repair or fix them it is the fact that my burners have been there now for 3 months an they have not yet once called me to tell me they can't fix them. The first time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks before the could look at it (this was 2 weeks after I dropped the unit off) I called a month later an he said he had looked at it but couldn't give me any answers an to call him in a week or so. I called him two weeks later an he said he would try an gut the unit an rebuild. My last call was today an the told me there's nothing they can do an to come pick my unit up.
