What a JOKE! Now I'm rating your Customer Service Team and Resolution Liaison which Leslie's left their phone number a 1. If I could, I would have made it a zero. See below. Your Customer Service Team didn't do one thing except put me on hold twice and keep me waiting for over 15 minutes. Do you have a transcript of the Call? The person I talked to said, "Thank You For That", over 20 times and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I spent $167.92 on May 12th. One of the products I purchased was defective and clogged my Skimmer and Filters twice. The first time I used the product as instructed, I went back to the Leslie's Pool Store and complained about the product and your employee made me feel like I did something wrong, was rude and talked down to me. I brought the product back home and let my professional pool company try the chemical (INSTANT POOL WATER CONDITIONER - Product # 18831) and the same thing happened. It's not me, it's the product. My next negative review will be about Leslie's Customer Service and Complaint Resolution Liaison. From Your Store in Savannah, GA, #456, Ticket XXXXXX I spent a total of $167.92, Initially when I returned to the store, I was only going to ask for a RETURN or EXCHANGE. Now I am asking for the entire charge refunded due the defective product, rude customer service at your store, all the time I have spent on the phone and emailing. What a joke. James Dunn could care less about customer service. I ordered o rings for my pump to be shipped to my house 4-2-18. I got them today 4-23-18 I was suppose to have them in 5-7 days and I had to go there to get them only after I called to find out half the order got shipped and not to me. Their follow up sucks Their communication skills are that of millennials. Which resulted in me being late to two meetings. I will be going to the local guys from now on! read more

I did not have a good customer experience at this store. I went in and asked for start up products for my hot tub. The sales woman was not very friendly but sold me an expensive start up kit. When I got it home and opened it I realized it was mostly cleaning materials and not what I thought I was buying. I tried to return it and the same woman told me chemicals could not be returned. I asked her where that store policy is stated and she responded that since 9/11 per Federal law pool chemicals can not be returned. I wound up buying more supplies from her (what I had originally wanted). When the UPS man walked in she dismissively began speaking with him and turned away from me....I came home and googled her 9/11 statement and that is FALSE! Buyer beware. Horrible, unfriendly, argumentative customer service!!!! 6/3. Update- when the management heard about this situation they were very professional and offered me a full refund and an apology. Horrible, terrible, I went to this store because I recently bought a home with s great pool and the previous owner used this store. I went there because I thought they had all stats on my pool. A step broke and I needed a replacement. The manger helped me and chose the wrong step and the sales woman had to help him. I paid $40 and they had step drop shipped. I received step 4 days later only to find it was wrong in both appearance and size. I returned the step on a Saturday following the bad shipment. I was told the new step would be ordered Monday and overnighted. I waited patiently till the following Saturday. Needless to say no phone call , email, or any notification, I went in and was told it was not there but they would reorder Monday again and overnight it and I would Tuesday. I called Wed to be told it was still not there.. I made a complaint to main office and was called by District manager the next day and told step wa there and they would refund my money, good attempt at a save. Well went to put step in. On Saturday only to find they messed up again. Thank god for Pride pool. I drive extra miles and found they had step in stock and at only $15 per step, I bought three along with hot tub chemicals. To some it up the manger at this store is not proficient in customer service much less knowledge. DO NOT waste your time just go somewhere else, anywhere but Leslie pools. read more
