Upon completion of the pool we had few if any problems that needed to be addressed with one exception. They showed up on time, were thorough in their inspection, and at the end, while I didn't have a plumbing leak they could fix, they recommended courses of action to take to remediate based on their inspection, which revealed a gap in the base of a piece of clapboard far up the side of the house that we hadn't noticed before, and it was the reason the leak was only happening in wind-driven rain and not just heavy rain. Only wind could blow it up into that crevice. Ivan was the tech and was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if a leak issue comes up.
