Your Customer Service Team didn't do one thing except put me on hold twice and keep me waiting for over 15 minutes. Do you have a transcript of the Call? The person I talked to said, "Thank You For That", over 20 times and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I spent $167.92 on May 12th. One of the products I purchased was defective and clogged my Skimmer and Filters twice. The first time I used the product as instructed, I went back to the Leslie's Pool Store and complained about the product and your employee made me feel like I did something wrong, was rude and talked down to me. I brought the product back home and let my professional pool company try the chemical (INSTANT POOL WATER CONDITIONER - Product # 18831) and the same thing happened. It's not me, it's the product. My next negative review will be about Leslie's Customer Service and Complaint Resolution Liaison. I got them today 4-23-18 I was suppose to have them in 5-7 days and I had to go there to get them only after I called to find out half the order got shipped and not to me. Alex, the owner, is a good person and we worked out issues that arose from interactions with subs and my towns building department. I would recommend using Pride in any place it is licensed. My only caution to you as customers is to understand permit and inspections required and who is doing what so you don't wind up not having a CO from your town. Pride gave up its license in South Carolina and post completion it was left to me to resolve final inspections and approvals. it was not fun. I still use Pride for maintenance.
