Today, aching bad from work and seeing no one in the lot, i wing it. one hour is $50. of course it's not REALLY one hour- more like 45 to 50 minutes. we're done and she barges back in before i have my socks on to ready the room for next person. i give $15 tip. she says "you strong, give more?". tried to hand me the three fives back and asked for a twenty. Really?? three times she said it. i just laughed it off. sorry, i got hit with $6800 medical bills in the past week so i think a 30% tip ain't bad. ... actually had me second guessing myself... am i cheap? That seems like a long time, and you may be thinking, "like if they are so good why aren't you cured of all of my ailments?" My neck condition is such that I require somewhat habitual treatments; some months more often than others. The best part about this place is that they are so accommodating. Practically anytime I am in pain, they fit me in. They have convenient nighttime and weekend hours for people, like me, who work and have hefty commutes. The office is small but comfortable and has always been staffed by friendly inviting professionals that make you feel like you are catching up with old friends; rather than just coming to a doctors office. Dr. Siegel has a deep understanding of osteopathic manipulation. He is conservative in his application, never pushing me beyond my comfort level. I always leave feeling better with clear instructions on how to maintain my progress toward better physical health and wellbeing, and usually a good tip on a cool brunch place; Yelp users will appreciate that he is a bit of a foodie as well.
