So i am a 52 yr old fitness athlete and physician. Skiing, running, cross fit, mountain biking. I came to Albert after knee injury and 3rd knee surgery. Physical therapy wasn't working. Yoga and stretch wasn't working. I knew i needed someone who could really get deep into soft tissue and the connective tissue without me jumping off the table. Albert worked with me gained my trust. My initial injury improved. We have since altered the regimen. Albert gave me the best therapeutic massages I've ever had and I've had many! This is because he's very, very smart. He took the time to diagnose my trouble areas, going back to surgeries I had over 30 years ago. Explained why my hips hurt me when I walk and how to stretch and work on them on my own. It took me about 8 months to admit I needed to deal with my left shoulder pains. As a very athletic 51 year old I'm always moving and just figured it would work itself out. When I finally determined I was being silly...I reached out to Albert. Not only did he fix my shoulder...he also fixed pains I didn't even know I had. Had a massage therapy from Albert Barakayev. Since my first session with him, I have been going regularly. It has improved my life and my ability as a performer. When you arrive, you feel comfortable, has good music playing in the background and once you are set up he discusses with you the areas that need his attention.
