The staff were friendly in discussion and kept to themselves, so do ring that bell for assistance. I personally liked this concept so that the employees can do other things instead of waiting around. My husband and I both ordered the PB&J bowls size medium, his with added coconut and mine with added goji berries. We ordered online and did pickup in store. When I saw that extra toppings were only 25 cents more per topping, I immediately fell in love!! Most smoothie shops charge at least 75 cents if not a dollar per additional topping. Our bowls were DELICIOUS, tasted natural, and weren't overbearingly sweet. This is a real-deal smoothie shop. Now I know why you're paying little extra, the ingredients are premium. I noticed the man checking me out was glancing at the products quickly as he scanned them, and he took a frozen item and set it aside, saying it was out of date and he'd rather not sell it. I had seen it when I picked it up that it was just a week out, and I planned to cook it right away. But I didn't want to interrupt service at this level. I'd rather ensure continuing to get this level of treatment. Also, they own GIF - Great Indian Food restaurant in the same shopping area. I'll be trying that soon, too.
