Giovanni was quick to respond and very helpful in educating me as this is the first time, I've had something framed. They were not the least expensive but had the best reviews by far and now I understand why. My two pieces turned out amazing and when I picked them up, I got to meet Jill who couldn't be more friendly, helpful and appreciative. From the minute you walk in the door and see the quality of work they have already done, you know that they will help you with your project regardless of size or scope. On two occasions I needed Retirement Pieces for Co-Workers. Both have been working in Public Safety for 30 or more years and those pieces needed to be handled, reflect, and represent someone who spent their careers in one job. I also had a piece for myself for when my father and I went to the World Series in Chicago. Both a life long dream for Cubs Fans, a World Series and being in Wrigley Field for such a Bucket List event. I had many items that i titled "We Were There" and wanted to reflect that with a piece for my own collection. Giovanni and Jill help you from concept to finished product. They were very helpful and informative in helping me select the frames and liners for a wall project I was completing in my house. I've never been to a custom framer before and didn't really know what to expect. Their level of knowlege and professionalism was just superb. I was looking to have our college diplomas framed after having them in a drawer for years. Visited Michaels one evening, waited around for about 30 minutes for someone to assist, nobody ever showed up at the counter so I left the store. Next, I looked in to having the diplomas mailed in to an online mounting store, but quickly changed my mind once I saw all the options available, I was overwhelmed. I began to look online for a local shop and thankfully came across "Let Us Frame It" in College Park. The business has excellent reviews and I was excited to pay them a visit. Upon walking in I was immediately & warmly greeted by Giovanni, the store's owner. The shop itself is quaint, neat, clean, orderly with the lovely scent of real wood throughout. This shop is exactly what LOCAL is supposed to look and feel like. Giovanni took his time in learning my vision, presented just the perfect amount of options and helped me through from beginning to end. I mean talk about personalized and exceptional service. I was not ever rushed and he took the time to answer all my questions. The diplomas were ready for pick up very timely and just ahead of the time I was quoted. I visited the store again to pick them up and was utterly impressed by the craftsmanship and quality of the finished product. At this visit, I also met Kathryn (such a sweetheart) and also saw Giovanni again. We all chatted for a while about our families and I just felt completely at home. I told them I would be back for another project! I just returned from dropping off the next project. This time Kathryn spent time with me, pulling samples until we found exactly what we wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and pulled the perfect options for the project, and truly nailed it! Giovanni assisted with finalizing the selections and I could not be happier. I had to write a review ahead of picking up the next project because once again, I was just so blown away by the exceptional customer service, the excellent amount of selections and just the overall feel-good-vibe that you get from visiting this local gem. Needed a last minute mat for my mother in law's Christmas gift. Many people will see this and wonder why I didn't stop at a big box store but I have been avoiding all the shops this year and kept putting off making the trip to Michael's until I ran out of time. And thank goodness I did! This wonderful Mom and Pop store is a College Park treasure. The owners were so helpful and generous even though I wasn't there for a "big spender" item. It also gave me the chance to browse and see what a wonderful job they do. Some of the pieces touched my heart and gave me more form to vague ideas I've had floating around but didn't know how to execute. They truly embodied the community spirit I love so much in College Park and will definitely come back! read more

I was grateful they could replace the broken glass inside a frame that sits on a side table by our couch. The store was small and neat with high ceilings, lots of light and, of course, frames on the walls. Owners were super friendly. They did not want any money for the glass, which they cut while I waited. I count my lucky stars we have a store in town that can cut glass to size, and is open on the weekend. read more

I had a few pieces of art that didn't need to be framed but did need a wire strung across the back for hanging. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner. He was super friendly and had the job done within hours. And when I went to go pick up the pieces he wouldn't let me pay him! My husband and I chose a frame for a very large art piece, however, after driving home and thinking about the size of the art and the frame we chose, I started having second thoughts. I called Giovanni the next morning and explained I just couldn't do it for fear it wouldn't have the finish look I was hoping to achieve. After My wife had graduated from Nursing school and Successfully completed her Licensure Examination, I "intercepted" her mail from the State that contained her formal license. I've used several other framers here in Orlando, and have been "just" satisfied. I wanted to do something special for her, she had worked VERY hard for that license, so I searched for Custom Framers and got to meet the owners here. I informed them of my story, and They Seemed as excited for my wife's accomplishment as I was. Then they took their time in showing me different ideas on how to do the framing, showing me many types of frame and matting materials. I was truly amazed at the amount of effort they devoted to my very small "project". The finished product was far greater than I could have imagined just the day before. The look on my wife's face when I surprised her with it will always be in my memory, and I want to thank Jill and Giovanni for the enthusiasm with which they took care of my needs, and how wonderfully they accomplished the work I asked them to do with such Detailed Quality.
