He made a list and promised us a detailed estimate so we could decide which projects to do first. Initially we were pleased that he seemed to understand our needs and seemed experienced. That was summer of 2022 and we never we heard from him again. We called the company about 4 weeks later, wondering if he was sick, had an emergency, or left the company. Nope. We were told they'd give him the message. No response ever. They never responded, explained, or sent an estimate. Needless to say, we had to move on.

Again leaking in 2025. Compressor is bad. Repeated phone calls to the contractor. They want to charge me again for labor and coolant. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. Their folder says they are Better Business Bureau accredited. They are not. I would avoid using this contractor at all costs. Not responsible. Do not get back to you. Obviously their installation was improper in the first place. And now they are charging me for their mistake. I have seen other reviews that they are bad as well.
