Our service date for a full housecleaning was August 20, 2020. This was at least our fifth time using Leticia's service. Carolina, Aurelia and Clara were right on time with great attitudes and all their cleaning supplies and listened carefully to our directions regarding the scope of cleaning needed. They were a very friendly and efficient team, wasting no time in getting down to business. We appreciated their attention to detail in things like polishing bathroom fixtures, carefully dusting cluttered knick knack shelves, cleaning louvered window blinds and folding the end of the toilet paper roll. We will soon be having family visiting us, and the girls made our preparation so much easier, especially since I am recovering from an accident and am not able to do housecleaning right now. We found Leticia's on YELP. We are renting for the first time in 20-25 years, after owning for years. We are very picky. We called Leticia's for a quote after their positive YELP reviews. She met us at the empty home. She walked through the home and we discussed our wants and she pointed out some dirty areas we had not noticed. She was prompt and courteous. She got back to us with a quote in under 24 hours and then scheduled the clean right away. From contact to clean was less than one week. She did not want payment up front. Very small town trustworthy feel. They completed the task and asked us to check...since we were over one hour away, we went with our gut and asked for the bill, which arrived promptly and we were allowed to pay on line. I originally chose Leticia's cleaning service after reading yelp reviews on several services in the area. I have to say I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and would recommend them without question to anyone needing cleaning of any kind. Not only were they professional communicated thoroughly but because I live on the other side of the country it was critical that they commit to the day that we agreed-upon without fail because I was only in town for a few days to make this happen. They gave me a quote ahead of time and that's exactly what they billed me. We had Leticia's cleaning service come for the first time to our new home. Blanca was the sweet lady who cleaned are house. She did a superb job, everything was spic and span when she was done. Ana is wonderful. Leticia is great as well. It did take a few days to reach them through phone/email tag to schedule but it is because they are busy cleaning houses, not because they don't want the business. They have a text services that reminds you they are coming and an online payment system that makes it so easy. You don't really have to talk to them much at all, which I like because I am busy too, but they text you if any issues, questions, etc. They are reliable, hard working, and the place is AMAZING each week. Although the 2 girls that showed up late did a fair job of cleaning, Leticia keeps over charging me 15-30 minutes extra. This has continued to happen every time I've use her service. So the last time they came I told Leticia that they we're coming late and leaving earlier than I'm being charge for. I have Breast Cancer and am going through chemo. There is a program called Cleaning for a Cause that lets those battling disease and going through treatment to get their house cleaned for free. I got on a list months ago but there was no companies in our area willing to do it. I got a notice a few weeks ago that Leticia's Cleaning Service would do it!
