I needed to have a carpet cleaning service come to clean my rentals carpet as I do yearly. I read some of the reviews about Juan and I KNOW this gentleman has integrity and will get the job done ! I had previously had a bad experience with another company last year that literally stated they vacuumed ALL carpeting and thoroughly cleaned it and he was done in 35 minutes! Which is not possible! Juan was willing to come on a Sunday when most wouldn't. He was there for a good bit of time and I could tell he thoroughly cleaned all the carpeting. I was impressed. We had an issue in one room with a stain that was "wicking" ( basically kept coming back even after cleaning) Juan was able to come again and my request and able to change padding under the stain, re-steam/clean and dry it thoroughly until at last it was gone. His work ethic is impeccable!!! I will now use him on my OWN HOME and for ALL future carpet cleanings for my rental. His estimate was fair and reasonable. We booked ahead and then realized we needed a morning appointment to allow the carpeting to dry the same day as we had to get the furniture in that evening! They rearranged their schedule for us and were so thorough with the cleaning, they moved the items we had placed against one bedroom wall to allow the rest of the room to be cleaned, so that they were able to clean that side of the room as well! We spot cleaned a mess on the carpets and realized how dirty they were, so went looking for a carpet cleaner. I wasn't here for the cleaning but saw the results when I got home, he did a great job. One of my big concerns is that the carpets aren't too wet for long time after, most of the carpets were dry by the time I got home. The first time was for our office carpet about a year ago, Juan did such a great job, so we called him back to clean our carpet at home for our living room.
