Their business practice is to tack on additional fees to already high prices. For example, they charge significant penalties for using fabric not bought directly through them, high delivery fees, additional charges for foam and any material used, credit card fees, etc. Where they can take advantage of any opportunity to maximize price, they do. What's worst, though, is that many of these penalties and fees are not even revealed until after it's too late to back out. The way they conduct business is shady and leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
