I call Yeah We Clean and I'm picked up immediately by the rep. I explain to him I need them to focus on the cabinets because I'm going to paint them shortly. Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... Ordered for a deep clean of my parents house. I wasn't satisfied. I explained it was an older disabled persons home and that it needed some very specific things - floors bathrooms etc. They started out strong it seemed, turning over the couch and cleaning behind it but when I went back to the living room I saw areas of dust that hadn't been touched. I requested they return to finish that section. In the dining room, after they left I noticed that the chandelier hadn't been touched. There was a plumber in that morning that went over time, so I don't fault them at having a delay but they asked for another half hour to finish the kitchen. Many things were cleaned but the floors where they dipped under the cabinets for a few inches looked untouched. The lead said she sprayed degreaser but didn't have time to clean the area - they left 10 minutes earlier than what I paid for. I would prefer they finished the job. The bathroom windows weren't cleaned even though that was a request. I feel like the job should have been quoted instead of an hourly. The team seemed to want to get out of there in lieu of finishing the job properly. When I complained they told me they sent a team of 3 instead of two that was quoted and that had I gotten 2 or would have taken a longer time so I should be happy. The 3 rd person was clearly a trainee or newer as she didn't have initiative and had to keep asking what to do and just standing around waiting for an order. Lastly, I speak some Spanish but there was no English and there was a lot of photo taking and laughter that felt like they were judging the state of my parents home. I had cleaned and organized for a month before hiring them so felt it was in better shape but needed a DEEP cleaning - that to me means getting under the cabinets in the kitchen floor. read more

I am a very picky clean freak (ask my husband), and I've hired different cleaning companies in the past which I have felt disappointed about. I researched a few cleaning companies in my area, and came across "Yeah we clean", they estimated higher than all other cleaning companies which was honestly the reason I chose to first work with someone else. But then the owner Jonathan reached out for feedback as they are a newer company and after giving my feedback I felt they were the better qualitative choice, the follow up was great and I appreciated the extra effort in customer service. I wanted a good quality deep clean, and they fit me in on a day that worked for me although they were already booked through August 27. They were honest about pricing, and sent me reminders of my appointment multiple times and even confirmed the night before. The cleaning crew arrived on time and a job that was quoted for 6 hours due to the size of my home was completed with impecable detail in 4 hours, I was very impressed. They got right to work after asking what my expectations were and even scrubbed down the walls (if you ever see a house with a clean wall and edges, you have a good cleaning system) The admin manager Roger text me to let me know that the job would be completed in less than 6 hours and that he would send over the new quote. He also told me to walk through the house prior to the cleaning crew leaving to ensure quality of work. The follow up and attention to detail I have never experienced with cleaning companies, I would recommend to my family and friends!! For a newer family owned company, they exceeded my expectations and are way better at business and customer service than the well established 100 of reviews company that you see on this platform. I spoke with Jonathan (the owner) and asked him several questions to make sure I was selecting the right company to clean ... he was so patient and completely understanding (this was the first time I used a cleaning service). Marit (Jonathan's wife and also owner) came with two ladies and while they were scheduled to come between 9-9:30am on a Saturday, they came at 8:58am (I loved when people are punctual)! I also received email and text reminders leading up to my scheduled clean which was super helpful. They were extremely thorough and I'm incredibly pleased. I will definitely have them come back but it's not so easy to get in their calendar/rotation for Saturdays at the moment. From baseboards to ceiling fans and even moving furniture to the middle of the room, they really did an excellent job! I live in LA and the house is in Bergen County New Jersey, one that we inherited when a very elderly family passed. I hired Yeah We Clean to do a one-time move-in, deep clean for my mom's new apartment. They were very friendly, detail-oriented, and quick to respond. They readily accommodated my somewhat unusual request to keep the costs a secret from my mom since it was supposed to be a housewarming gift. Luckily they're local so the owners, Marit and Jonathan, were able to swing by a few hours after I contacted them to discuss the work and give me an estimate. They took note of my requests and gave a practical and honest assessment of the work, time and limitations that would be involved. They also reworked their schedule to get the appointment time we wanted. The cleaners arrived on time and worked really hard to deliver. The toilet was absolutely filthy and they kept at it for almost an hour with a steel brush until the area under the rim was spotless. Look, my mom is a "Mommie Dearest" OCD clean-freak and cleaning expert with impossible standards. And an immigrant from a working-class background. So when she says they worked hard, they worked HARD. When they finished, Marit sent me pics, which I appreciated. But after they left, we noticed a few spots that'd been overlooked, likely due to running out of time and the sheer amount of work that needed to be done. We mentioned this and the owners themselves promptly came the next day to rectify the issues, saying they appreciated the chance to improve. Excellent customer service and complete satisfaction. I was a bit anxious hiring cleaners for the first time for my super picky mom (because I'd never hear the end of it if something went south) but it couldn't have gone more smoothly. They were even nice enough to install a toilet seat we had lying around. I really like that they were honest, didn't overpromise, and were on top of communication, all for a fair price. I contracted with them for a "move out" clean of my mother-in-law's house in preparation for sale of the home. I was satisfied with the cleaning that was done, and the communication with the office by text as the ladies did not speak much English. When the got to the lower level of the home, the laundry room was flooded. This was not their fault. I communicated with the office to have them clean the remainder of the lower level. Here is where my 2 star review comes from. Although we had communicated via text, due to the flood issue, I got a call from the office. They advised that they would have a crew return to the home to clean the laundry room after the plumbing issue was resolved - at no further cost. When I contacted them to have this done, I was advised that it would be an additional $150. First, I was told that was part of the original cost, and second $150 is outrageous to clean a laundry room. Needless to say, I will not have them do the laundry room. I don't do business with people who say one thing and then change it to something else. read more
