After discussing our needs we went back to our office sent back a rough idea of what we wanted and Chris eventually fine tuned our details and we approved them for production. Id say sometime around mid Feb. We were told a couple of weeks max to receive everything. Well two weeks, three weeks passed with excuse after excuse. Broken equipment, new software learning curve, illness, on and on. At some point something was produced but wrong. Truck signs weren't as per our design, not trimmed as discussed, missed red stars on the white truck signs, etc. Apologies galore but poor results. Yard signs were the only product made as discussed. So we were told that because of the problems your shop was experiencing with equip and software the project was being farmed out to your Danbury associates and we would have them back in about a week at a drastically reduced cost. Well that was 6 weeks ago. I called and asked Chris last week and wanted an update and answers. He was going to look into it and get back to me. That was 6 days ago. I don't know how you stay in business if this is standard operation. Horrible service, poor product, disingenuous and evasive. I'd appreciate some answers on when we can expect our properly produced truck signs. I'll look for a call in about a month. Sad.

After having several emails back and forth regarding what I'd like done I went to the shop on a Tuesday. I had told him the previous Friday that I'd be coming in to drop off the items for embroidery on Tuesday. When I get there he tells me he can't have the items ready before Christmas despite telling me there was a 2 week turnaround time (it was before 2 weeks). His response to me was "well I have had other people come in since we talked". Really you got that many orders the Monday after I talked to you on Friday?! (Shop is closed on the weekends). It was a 40 minute drive to get there and he was not the least bit accommodating. I truly hate to slam businesses but this was extremely poor form. Don't lie to your customers. Additionally, he charged $75 for digitizing logos which is high compared to other establishments.
