After having several emails back and forth regarding what I'd like done I went to the shop on a Tuesday. I had told him the previous Friday that I'd be coming in to drop off the items for embroidery on Tuesday. When I get there he tells me he can't have the items ready before Christmas despite telling me there was a 2 week turnaround time (it was before 2 weeks). His response to me was "well I have had other people come in since we talked". Really you got that many orders the Monday after I talked to you on Friday?! (Shop is closed on the weekends). It was a 40 minute drive to get there and he was not the least bit accommodating. I truly hate to slam businesses but this was extremely poor form. Don't lie to your customers. Additionally, he charged $75 for digitizing logos which is high compared to other establishments.

Went to pick them up and they were compelled wrong didn't even have my business name on them. Looked like a blind kindergarten did them. I asked if she could fix them and do the design that we came up with and agreed on. I never got my shirts. it's now December. shes a pathological liar. Even after a month when I didn't have the shirts for the event I ordered them for I was still willing to take the shirts to be a nice person cause she made some crazy story up about her dad dying and lost her phone. How can you make funereal arrangements with no phone? So than she said she would have them in a week. That Friday comes and she refuses to answer me. Now months later in December she says she had an asthma attack. I said for over a month? She says yes. I told her look I just want my money back at this point I've been more than patient with you etc. she refuses to send me a refund. She says she did but it will take a few weeks. When I ask to see the proof of refund of return she refuses to send me the proof of return. This is the epitome of a human who's a waste of skin.
