The day of the event three limos came and so we called the owner and he would not own up to his mistake, ended up swearing at me on the phone......even though we had an email showing our cancellation. He has since charged our credit card for the cancelled vehicle without authorization, which is illegal. We will NEVER use this company again and will be calling our credit card company to cancel this charge. Mike's (owner) unprofessionalism was appalling and totally unacceptable. I would definitely look at other options if you are looking for a good experience.

We booked this Limo company as a Wine tour, using one of the options they had on the website…read more The driver showed up without any ice or enough water for everyone and had no idea about the tour we booked. We basically needed to give him the location of where we wanted to go and he picked whatever wineries he knew of in the area. We tried to stop in town to get ice to keep the water cold, but at the location we stopped at they did not have any ice - he advised us at this time that he couldnt find any before picking us up. The wineries we went to were great, but his service as a driver was not. It's expected that you get picked up at the place where you were dropped up and the door opened for you. Our driver did not do this, and he would not even start the limo and pull up to where we were walking down or up to meet him. The driver did not introduce himself to us and forced us to give him a 20% tip at the end of it. We have tried to contact the company to discuss this and they have not replied. I would not recommend this company at all

He also went into each winery ahead of us to ensure they were ready for our group. All we needed to do was enjoy the wine and beautiful views. I highly recommend this company and especially our driver. Will be using them next time.

I recently went to Kelowna on a quick girls trip. My friend whom we were visiting in Kelowna set up…read morean amazing wine tour with Matt from Experience Wine Tours. He picked us all up from our accommodations in a very comfortable Mercedes van. He was so friendly and informative you really get a sense that he knows a LOT about Kelowna and wine. On our tour we learned a lot about the region and the history as well as some advancements and new technology in the industry too. We went to 5 different wineries and each were unique. My favourites included Quails Gate and the Hatch as well as the cidery we visited last (the name slips my mind at the moment). We had a beautiful charcuterie board for lunch with some wine we had purchased from one of our stops. The charcuterie was UNREAL!!! So many delicious cheeses and meats that were locally sourced and made. My favourites included the pate, the Ukrainian sausage, and the truffle Brie!!! Ugh to die for!! If you're planning a trip to Kelowna, I highly recommend trying to book a tour with Experience as they not only know their stuff and the industry but they're super fun too!!
