I think if you are looking for a unique or unusual tree, this is the place to get it. I was so impressed also with the many different varieties of each fruit tree, like twenty different kinds of mango trees, and twenty different kinds of avocado trees, etc. Unfortunately, they only carried one dwarf fruit tree, which is what I was in the market for, so I had to go elsewhere.

It is a family-owned nursery, especially designed for special events like weddings etc. As bride's parents we first encountered with this family-oriented business when we had to put up the Mandap/poruwa/wedding Altar. Francesca and Shani are the ones we directly dealt with, and they are so accommodative for our requests and made us so welcome and comfortable. They helped us to make our decision in making our structure giving us very positive comments. They were very helpful with the time frame. On the day of the wedding as we arrived, the whole place decorated with flowers and it was elegantly beautiful! It was like I was in a fairy land, very magical. Francesca was extremely professional and decorated the place so beautifully to meet the wishes of the couple. Shani added beauty and flowless running of the show as a great coordinator. We worked very closely with the owner, Henry, to make our front yard vision come to life. Prior to…read morethis reinvention, our very large oak tree was blocking all sunlight and killing the grass. Do not let this very staged before picture fool you, the house had little curb appeal. I wish we had taken a more realistic before picture; it wasn't pretty. Patches of brown grass, dying vegetation, and dirt patches would have been on display. We replaced the dead grass and vegetation with tropical plants that thrive in shade. Plus we removed the old brick boundary around the oak tree with small bushes. Finally we created a beautiful walkway from our sidewalk to driveway. We were very vocal with Henry that we wanted lots of tropical colors present. I will confess that I was slightly demanding throughout the process and Henry responded with the utmost professionalism. As a result, we now have a front yard that far exceeds our expectations. Henry also worked tirelessly to meet our timeframe and budgetary requirements. No need to look for a second quote. Lake Jewel Farms is the ideal vendor for all landscaping projects.
