Don't waste your time or money. The most rudest customer service people I've ever attempted to hire! I was trying to inquiry about a jump house for an event at a park WHERE I LITERALLY PAID FOR A JUMP HOUSE PERMIT, because they ARE allowed. The guy completely wrote me off and said that park doesn't allow jump houses LOL. He had completely wrong information and I was trying to update him but he kept speaking over me. We used Let's Party for our fall Harvest Festival. Their games and bounce houses made our Harvest Festival a huge success. The guys who came to set up were extremely friendly and helpful. They arrived promptly after our event ended, and quickly broke everything down. Some of the big items we rented were they Haunted House (it's massive!), Dracula Halloween Combo (huge hit with the 6th grade boys), and the Dunk Tank. The games were in great shape and easy to use. When we rented, we were required to spend 3k minimum for the bounce houses to be part of our package. There was an option to rent just the games, but a driver with a large truck would need to pick up from Salinas. I removed one star because the customer service setting everything wasn't easy. I had a similar experience to many of the other reviewers. I may have just reached them on bad days, but maybe a little warmer customer service would have made putting together the contract a more pleasant experience. Overall, Let's Party games and bounce houses are kid approved and wonderful. We would use them again. read more

This review is for Judd only. He set up and cleaned up our event. He was timely, friendly, and very helpful. We rented $2000 worth of games, etc. They were pretty helpful and very prompt at getting back to us regarding our wish list. Like other reviewers, I sometimes felt the guy on the phone was a bit short with me but maybe he deals with a lot of stupid questions. The prices were okay and the selection was pretty good. I would have expected a discount for $2k but oh well. The one problem I had was with their Covid cancelation policy. We were locked in for our 50% deposit despite canceling 2/3 of our guests. Absolutely the rudest people I have ever tried to hire. It's like they are hiring you and not the other way around. Our school requires and insurance policy so I called to ask if they have a minimum 1 million dollar insurance policy so I wouldn't waste their time, and the lady could not have been ruder to me, telling me I'm out of line, then when I told her my reasoning she said I should have started with that and then she HUNG UP ON ME . I called back and got a male who could not have been rider to me. Everything was with an attitude, wouldn't give me a clear answer on things, like don't you guys want money? Aren't I the customer? I had been looking to rent a pool table as part of my engagement plans for my now fiance. I had looked at a couple of companies but they didn't have the flexibility that I needed to coordinate this as a surprise. You can imagine how I modified my engagement plans because of COVID19. I found Let's Party on google and I connected with Jud Shultz and I cant say this enough, Jud went above and beyond what I ever expected. We discussed the timing I was trying to achieve and how I wanted to have the garage emulate the pool-hall where we had out first date. Judd mentioned that he had a stand-up light that he could custom print a vinyl design on. He also helped me come up with the billiards design! We decided on the time, type of pool table, and light with design and we were ready to go! However, as the date approached I had to reschedule more than once to line up getting my GF out of the house. Judd was extremely flexible and great with communication. He also mentioned he had a carpet that we could put under the table that had a more "pool hall" feel to and was blacklight reactive. The day of installation Judd threw in the blacklight AND carpet at no extra charge. Him and his colleague also wore masks and gloves without even being asked so that my family (who were there to help set up while we were out) could feel safe and comfortable when the day came. Everything went off flawlessly and we enjoyed not only getting engaged and the whole thing being a huge surprise, but also have our own personal billiards table for the weekend! We had a great experience with them renting a bounce house for my son's birthday. They were on-time and courteous and the bounce house was the hit of the party. The only part that I didn't like was that the woman on the phone made a big deal (ie. told me several times) about needing to drive their truck into our backyard to deliver the bounce house because it was so big and heavy and we went out of our way moving a shed out of the way to make sure that could happen. In the end though, the delivery guys just brought it back with a hand-cart with no issues and looked at me funny when I mentioned I was told they would need to drive back there. All in all though the kids and adults had a great time and I'm glad we did it. read more

I'm glad I forgot to check Yelp before booking. There are definitely some disgruntled customers. In any case, at first I was a little worried because it took a couple of days for me to get the quote after speaking to someone on the phone. But once I received the quote by email, the rest of the booking went smoothly. I called a couple days before our event to add a water slide due to the HEAT WAVE. They accommodated without any problems. The Crew arrived almost two hours before the event to set up. We had a rock climbing wall, 19 ft water slide, mechanical bull and beer pong. Equipment was in good shape. Staff was polite and the operator of the bull was very encouraging and obviously had a lot of experience dealing with kids. I plan a lot of events and have had the opportunity to interact with a lot of crew. There are always people that are well prepared (IE, bring their own snacks, water, etc) and then there are crews that act like they're guests at your party (eat your food, take lots of breaks) These people definitely fall into the first category. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Called a week in advance and reserved the dalmation firehouse bounce house with slide and 2 basketball hoops . The delivery was on time and was professional and courteous not to mention was fast! They also threw in. Bubble machine because I told them of the offer to fellow Yelpers. To make it easy on everyone we took our child to have pizza for dinner while it was time for the bounce house to be picked up, it went smooth and with no problems not even a crying screaming child when all was done. Our Company Winter Wonderland Party was a success! We rented a snow machine and photo booth from Cathy's. The snow machine gave the perfect atmosphere to the entrance to our party and everyone loved the photo booth. It's always the little details that I appreciate. I'm updating this review as I did use this company again for the second time. I looked at a few other places but Let's Party has the best selection. My fiance ordered everything so I did not talk to Cathy but he did mention she was a little more easy going this time and we were able to put the jousting thing on concrete, they just put a tarp down to cover the ground. When I talked to her last year she kept telling me everything had to go on grass which most of our yard is concrete. The staff that came out went above and beyond and really put in work setting everything up! We ordered the jousting game, 30 foot slide and Gyro ride. Everyone had the best time from kids to adults and I am very satisfied with the service I was given this time around. Everything was safe and secure and the guys supervised all the rides and even stayed a little longer to let the last couple groups of kids joust that were being a little shy in the beginning. I was told that my 1hr drive and location would prove to be too much for her and her staff to handle, but she'll deliver to San Francisco well over two hours away without any problems. I'm not sure who from south county offended this Cathy woman but apparently NO DELIVERIES 15min outside of Greenfield even if your willing to spend $600+ on the party and pay for her gas. "Not worth her time" and yes that is quote directly from Cathy herself. So my ANNUAL SUMMER PARTY or any other party we have throughout the year, will NOT be put on by this company and I will tell everyone I can to NEVER use Cathy because she doesn't really deserve the respect of your patronage. If you really want to talk to some NICE and FRIENDLY FOLKS, who have the SAME QUALITY EQUIPMENT when it comes to bounce houses you should check out these two companies. Now if they do or don't, I don't really care because at least they cared enough to show some gratitude for the people in need of their services. And your company will drive to the city limits of Greenfield for $125 bounce house but you can't drive an extra 15 minutes to my house for a $600 sale that is an annual event. Talked with the owner over the phone to rent a mechanical bull for a non profit event and he was extremely rude! I will never rent anything from them! And I will never recommend them to anyone else! He does not care about his potential clients and makes little to no effort to earn new clients. If he dosnt like his business, he should sale it or find someone with customer service skills to run it. He's mad because we have never rented anything from him in the last 21years he's owned his business an have called him every year for a quote. The bounce house was set up and delivered on time and was perfect for the party. Comparativeness speaking, this business is more expensive than most others in the area. This is one case where you get what you pay for though. Cathy's jump house was professional, helpful, and worth every penny. We had our party at a park so we needed someone who had their own insurance. It's amazing how many business have jumpers but rely on you to carry the insurance in case something goes wrong. They came the day of the party and set everything up. They made sure they had the bouncer located where we wanted it. They left their cell phone in case something went wrong with the generator, but everything went fine. The bouncers were also clean, which not all bouncers I have seen at parties are. The guy was running a little late, but he made it up by giving us an extra hour at pickup. That worked out great for us. We also rented a cotton candy machine from them which was a big hit with the kids and adults. It ran off the same generator that ran the bounce house. They gave us a tutorial on how to use it and then told us NOT to clean it as they would take care of all that. Like I said, relatively speaking, they are pricier, but the peace of mind and customer service was worth it for us. I had a carnival themed Sweet 16 for my daughter and was able to rent everything through Cathy's! Carnival games, arcade games, popcorn and hot dog machines. Our school had a fall festival today and we decided to have a slide on site. We were able to reserve, obtain the required insurance paperwork for PTA and even add a last minute cotton candy machine. We were told they would show up at the school around 8:30am. They got there around 8:35. Bob, the main gentleman I worked with during set up, was very friendly and nice and had a good sense of humor. He advised me that they would be back at the end of our event- 2- and they were. I've seen other companies reviews about how the rentals weren't picked up until late night. Since this was at a school, which had to be locked up, punctuality is very important. The kids enjoyed the slide SO much, that we will be doing business here again in the future! The company meeting I was at was pretty boring but whoever thought of this did a good job and it was a really big hit and everyone had a great time. I don't even know where to start with this company... A friend and I were throwing a joint 2nd birthday for our boys, and agreed early on the theme would be monster trucks. I called Cathy a month prior, and booked their truck bounce house. In the following few weeks, I dropped a good amount of coordinating decorations, utensils, plates, cups, thank you gifts, clothing ect ect. Everything was planned out, gifts were ordered, expectations were put into place...Anyways, the week before the party, I received a call informing me that another family had booked the same bounce house. I was a little taken aback, so I told them I needed to talk to my friend and figure out what to do. I called every other bounce house rental that would service the military community, and nothing was available, so I HAD to stick with Cathy's. I called them back and informed them I had already dropped xxx amount of money on decorations, and asked why it had taken 3 weeks to inform me the bounce house wasn't available and how they managed to double book. The owner, Cathy, informed me in the most unprofessional, rude manner possible, that it was human error, they overlooked it and they had more important things to attend to. At that point, I responded in the same tone she had used, telling her that I had booked a MONTH in advance and not even human error would be a legit excuse. She passed me on to Jed, who is VERY polite, and he told me that he'd call the "other family" to see if they'd do me a favor and switch. I hung up, and not even a minute later received a call claiming the family would give up the bounce house. Fishy? Yep. In the end, I DID get the themed bounce house, the set up guys were awesome, but the way I was treated was RIDICULOUS. Not only was Cathy unprofessional, I think they outright lied to me about double booking the bounce house. For me, it was the principle of how I was treated, and would NEVER EVER EVER recommend her company. In my military community, I make sure people know NOT to call her, and to try and find another company that is professional. read more

The lady I spoke to for basic pricing information clearly wasn't in the mood to give me any info over the phone she kept telling me to go to their website. Their website doesn't even have the pricing so I'm not sure what her problem was but I come from the school of customer service.
