I rented the jousting from them and they were able to drop it off earlier than expected and told us they could pick up whenever we wanted them to. I was a bit hesitant to rent from fiesta jumpers because of the negative reviews but gave them a chance. I was not disappointed. I rented the joust for my teen sons birthday party in Toro. I was extremely busy with other obligations and would call them and e-mail them my requests. They always called me back the day of or early the next day. With all my calls to them trying to reassuring myself that they would be dependable I must've drove them crazy! But they were always very patient and super understanding. Day of the party they were on time, pick up they were also on time. The delivery guy was friendly and professional and didn't rush my teen and his buddies during their last joust. Im glad I took a chance with them, I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again. For those of you reading the bad reviews, think twice about passing them up. Btw, i also rented the piñata holder, very handy at toro since I didn't have a tree nearby our picnic area. Do NOT go with this company! POOR POOR POOR customer service, and not business oriented at all! They gave me a quote for their bungee jumper + tables and then turned around and said it was booked. How can it be booked if you just quoted me on it?! If that was the case why even quote me when you knew what day I needed it for? I asked for their ponies...unavailable. Asked for their movie screen...broken. Asked for an alternative package of what I could get since their bungee jumper became, all of a sudden, "booked", and no response for hours. I asked if I should then look for another vendor since I had deadlines for annual event? Finally, a response 6 hours later saying they are having "problems". Possible what problems could you be having, as a company, that you can't service your customers? Then, they respond with "look for another vendor, and next time we'll service you". Next time?! There will be no next time with the experience I had, and I didn't even get to the point to book something. I could only imagine their service when it's delivered. All-in-all the website looks appealing, their products look fun and enjoyable, but their customer service is horrible and I'm sure half of what is advertised on their web page they are unable to service. Fiesta Jumpers can improve on their communication, service and pricing. The inflatable was in fair condition yet priced a bit high. The service by Fiesta Jumpers was not the best. I was very disatisfied with the communication for the inflatable, response time and delivery. The inflatable was to be delivered by 6 pm and arrived at 9:45 p.m. It was suppose to be picked up by 6 pm and again was picked up at 9:30 p.m. There was no communciation from the company to indicate or make sure that this was ok. The driver notified me each time prior to arriving, that was appreciated. I would not recommend this company, I will not be using them in the future. read more

This place is a joke. When and if you finally get ahold of someone and rent a product, they have no sense of customer service. They were 45 minutes late dropping off a product. The product was good, but they never picked it up intil after 9PM that night. read more

This company is HORRIBLE. Not only was the driver an hour and a half late, but I had reserved 2 tables and 30 chairs and they came without them. I had WRITTEN confirmation of my reservation, time and price but I guess that doesn't matter. I still had to pay for the junphouse. This stressed me out so much because my guests didn't have enough chairs and I had to leave my party and go rent from someone else. Good thing there was a truck I could use. This business gave no apology either. When I called to see where my rentals were, he had the driver TEXT ME. He had no idea where I lived and asked me for my address. Seriously!!!! This place is straight JUNK! They were 2 hours late to our party and stopped answering my calls as I was trying to figure out where they were! We had guests arriving as we were still setting up tables and chairs etc, Straight bs. They didn't even offer us a discount or anything for being extremely late the only thing he said was "there's nothing he can do" Never again with this place. Don't even bother with them. Well I concur, I love fiesta jumpers. We have used them for 4 years now, every birthday for my daughter they show up when asked and come pick it up when I say im done. And im seeing a lot of people complain about their customer service, I disagree yet again. Their customer service is outstanding, given that its slightly broken english, they continue to give a bigger discount each year just for continuing to use them. They are nice people. No assembly required. No hourly rate or time limit on rentals. read more

I used them for my daughters 2nd Birthday. The jump house so awesome the adults and kids loved it. Tables and chairs were in great condition. The gentleman who dropped off and picked up was very nice and professional. I told them my party started at 2pm and he arrived by 11am. I will definitely use them again! Our family has used Fiesta Jumpers for 7 years now , it's the one big thing our son looks forward too every year for his birthday . We've never had a problem with drop off's from this company . They ask you what time your party starts/ends & they arrive early morning the day of your party . Once they arrived the night before just beacuse they couldnt deliver the morning of my party & one year our son had a sleep over so they didnt pick up the jump house until night time the next day so it was like he had an extra day of jumping !! We usually get a jumper & they come clean we like to rent two machines we usually get the cotton candy maker they bring the sugar & papersticks for it along with the popcorn maker they also give you popcorn and bags both machines worked great arrived clean in great condition just like the pictures so for that reason I would advise you to use fiesta jumpers for your familys event ! I used Fiesta Jumpers for the first time this past weekend and was very pleased with their service. I inquired online through their form. I was called back and put in my request for a jumper. I held a party at Toro Park in Salinas and they showed up before noon, as they said they would. The 2 guys were friendly and professional. They said they'd be back before 7 pm and they did. I am only giving them 1 star because I can't give them none. I had reserved a bounce house, tables, chairs, and a piñata stand for my son's birthday party over a month in advance. I confirmed the reservation a few days beforehand. The party was scheduled to start at 11, and they told me that we would be the second delivery that day and that they would arrive between 8 and 10. At 10, still no word for them, so I called. First they couldn't find my reservation. A few minutes later, they called saying that they had found it. The guys finally showed up around 10:30 and so were still setting up the bounce house when the first kids showed up at 11. As I was also relying on their tables, I was rushing around at the last minute to set up the food, etc., which did not leave me feeling at all calm and composed when a bunch of preschoolers descended on my yard. But at least it all got done....and then 15 minutes after they left, the guys called back saying that they had set up the wrong house and needed to come back and exchange it for the one I had actually reserved. WTH? I forbade them from coming on my property in the middle of our party. I agreed to pay the difference (the one we had reserved was a little smaller) only because I didn't want to create a scene in the middle of the party. I am very sorry for the other party that did not get the house they had reserved, but, as I told the company, that was their problem to figure out, not mine. Bottom line is that this company is disorganized and unreliable. Worse, they clearly don't care in the least about making their customers happy. read more

Delivery was supposed to be between 10-11am for a city event that started at Noon. 11:30 - no delivery, no phone call. I called to make sure someone was still coming, I was reassured that the driver would be there soon after he finished his other drop offs, I confirmed that he had my number to call. Event starts... still no bounce house... I call 3 more times and no one picks up. Finally the driver shows up at 12:15, the bounce house was ready by 12:30. Driver comes to pick up the bounce house, of course not late for pick up. I had asked the drop-off guy to talk to the owner and express to him that I was not happy and would like to discuss the rental price since the delivery was late. The driver who picked up the bounce house offered me a $5 discount for the inconvenience... really $5?!? I laughed, told him he was lucky I already had the check written out and sent him on his way with the message that I would never use the company again or recommend them to anyone. read more
