He mentioned it was car show week and that Nick was tied up. NEVER advised me to call another company or that they couldn't/wouldn't help me. He did confirm airport pick up and drop off. I had contacted Vince a few more times to confirm the other dates. Again, he never hinted there were issues. He just stopped replying UNTIL I advised him that I was going to cancel. THEN he immediately responded with "sorry for the trouble". My issues are: I'm handicapped and he knows that - would they have stranded me at the airport, stranded me at Monterey Bay Plaza and Spa with no way to get around, expected me to find other transportation and then happily let/expect them to take me to the airport when I departed. Now I have credits with the hotel and airline. It takes me awhile to plan things and I was really looking forward to enjoying a ocean and wildlife fix. I would have changed my travel dates if I had any idea there were issues. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty and customer service that Vince displayed to me as a returning customer.

Therefore because he was unorganized with the contract he was unable to provide the service that was agreed on the contract. I was not going to pay double the price because he couldn't organize himself to book the limousine for the date. He stated he was not going to refund the deposit when he booked the limousine to another customer and he couldn't honor the service that was supposed to be rendered. The owner is a fraud!
