We scouted several companies, even on instagram, but Delano had the best price and was very prompt in his responses. It's always a scary feeling to book a vendor without yelp reviews, but I can see why he has such high ratings. Professionalism from beginning to end. He would check in prior to the event and was very pleasant. We originally had a design in mind, but asked him to play around with our design. He sent several options to choose from, and of course, we chose his design. Our venue informed us last minute that we needed liability insurance for the photobooth, and he made sure to have it taken care of before the day ended. The day of the event, he arrived on time to set up, and he was immediately up for the challenge. We. Love. Pictures. & Delano delivered! Let's Photobooth was amazing from start to finish of our baby shower. The owner, Delano, was responsive and straightforward in what was needed to generate a quote for the event. Cost was reasonable and comparable to others in the area. A design for the photobooth welcome screen and strip photos were made really quickly and perfectly matched our theme. The agreement and payment was easy and quick. I had some minor questions regarding the agreement and Delano made sure to clear items up for me. The day before the event, he communicated with me to confirm and he was there early for set up. During the event, he attended the booth and helped out for folks and even kids taking pictures. I loved that he also had a box for the smaller kids to step on if they wanted to take pictures by themselves. The pictures and print outs were really solid quality. He was able to manage an event with ~140-150 people. Cherry on top was he took candids throughout the event. They were uploaded to the album and came out amazing.
