She called on speaker each time the vet or a tech came into the room. the appointment ran longer then we planned and never once did she complain or ask for more money. She was sympathetic to how expensive the visit was and the outcome not being what I hoped for. She was kind and compassionate. I never felt like it was a business I more felt like I had a good friend taking my cat to the vet. She was more then wonderful.

My dearest friend just lost her fur baby and he was such a gentle soul and so important to all of us. Anyone who knows the pain you feel when a fur baby is lost knows how haunting that feeling can be. And for these people to make these situations so much more taunting is unreal. I can't believe my friend had to see her baby rotting on a table. And they simply just shrugged they're shoulders. Please do not bring your fur babies here. These people are just plain evil.

We had a small viewing and cremation at this Pet Meadow location. The viewing room isn't big but…read moregood enough for a few people. We interacted with only two staff members, the receptionist and the person who performed the cremation. Both were very professional, informative, and empathetic. We spent about 45 minutes to an hour with our pet before the cremation, and then we had to wait about 1.5 hours for the remains. Luckily, a few restaurants were nearby where we could have lunch and wait. The remains were neatly wrapped and placed inside the box our daughters chose, and they were given to us in a bag with a card from the veterinarian and PM. Thank you, Pet Meadow, for being gentle in caring for our baby Honey and for making sure everything was as perfect as it could be.

SAVE YOURSELF AND PETS. They failed to put our pet to sleep…read more We brought our dog here to be put to sleep and they failed. We ended up leaving with our dog. Of course it's one of the most difficult days a pet owner will have, this hospital made it worse and botched the procedure causing us to leave with our dog after dealing with the pain of saying goodbye. First they messed up our appointment and told us it was a week away. Instead of owning the mistake the receptionist told us it was our mistake and therefore, problem. It didn't matter that my family and I walked in with crying. We asked the receptionist if the doctor could squeeze us in or if she can call the next appointment to see if they can swap at a later time. The receptionist said no. After asking again if she could ask the vet to squeeze us in the receptionist said she'll ask but the vet won't say yes. After sometime the vet did make the accommodation to take us. After entering the room they took our dog back to start the process. Something went wrong with the needle/catheter causing massive discomfort for our dog and for her to bleed onto us while we held her waiting for the vet to come with the IV to start the process of euthanizing. After getting the catheter back in something caused them to not be able to get the IV in. I believe it was because our dog wouldn't stay still. Previous to the catheter our dog laid quietly and still in our arms for 1.5 hours. The movement from our dog likely was because of the needle/catheter that didn't take right that cause her to bleed. After sometime they gave our very small dog a sedative to help calm her down, that didn't work for far too long. This all lasted, what felt like, 30 minutes. Our dog started yelping once the catheter was in. We finally said enough is enough and left with our dog. Who knows what would've happened next. The technicalities of what went wrong and why are confusing to me. I'm not a doctor and this was already a horrible day. All that I know is this place created one of the worst days in my entire families life. Now, we have to bring ourselves to repeat the process of putting our dog to sleep.
