I hate leaving bad reviews but I can't help it. I printed several shirts with LETS PRINT LA and every time they printed something, there were issues with the shirts. One time they printed my shirts with the wrong measurements on it.... another time they burned the artwork on the shirts..... and there were always issues with shirts getting damaged (stains, paint marks, etc) We tried to give them many chances but they always disappointed and failed to deliver. I shouldn't have give them more chances. I decided to stop doing business here when I discovered that the paint of the shirts i ordered comes off when it comes in contact with water. I received a full refund for 100 shirts but this situation hurt my business and i lost money because of their poor job. It was a nightmare to be honest and it hurt my business reputation and credibility. Another thing that i must point out is that the people managing this place can be rude if you complain about mistakes that they make. They were rude more than once The lack of communication from them is also a BIG problem... i texted one of the owners about an update on my order (to a phone that he provided) and he responded something along the lines of "this is not a costumer service line. I don't know about your order, call the shop and ask" that was horrible customer service from them. Very disappointing. Also... Luis, the guy in charge of printing, acts like he knows everything but his mistakes prove otherwise... Lastly, they are very VERY disorganized: bags and boxes everywhere... maybe it's because of COVID... but still... you go into their building and it does not look professional at all. It looks disorganized and unprofessional. I have already left a review about Ricky and the team over at Let's Print LA but I honestly need to praise them again! I started a clothing line and prior to talking to Ricky, I was having issues finding the right quality of screen print. From the first meeting over the phone, Ricky understood what I was looking for, even as to going above and beyond to give me his recommendation on what would work great for exactly what I was looking for. Ever since then I have been coming to the Let's Print LA team for all my product screen printing. I honestly have became a huge fan of their work and their quality they delivery on every order. Every order is always a very quick turnaround and they even helped with a recent deadline that I needed to meet and met it. Stay away this place is a scam. They seem great at first and incredibly attentive, but once you pay them they stop responding and make no effort to produce anything of quality. Josh, the business owner, even secretly drew with pen on one of our designs to try to trick us that the print quality was more detailed than it actually was. This is shady, fraudulent behavior. I've never been so defrauded in my life by another business before. I'm not usually one to write reviews but I want to help whoever I can avoid what I've been going through. They even tried to convince me not to file a report with my credit card company because "they had shut down their bank account associated with the transaction". All in all, shady stuff. Our team has been screen printing for 15 years so we know what we're talking about when we say something is poor quality. If you care about the quality of what you're making you should really stay away. Here's our story... We placed an order with Let's Print LA / Level Press (they are one company now) on October 12th for almost $10k worth of merchandise across 4 different items. We were told the order would take 3-4 weeks to complete. 3 weeks in and Yulma (one of the account managers) emails us to say that the hat we ordered is backordered. I understand backorders are out of their control but there is no reason that we should be informed of a backorder 3 weeks after placing our order with them and sending payment. Little did I know that this was going to be the least of our problems... It has now been 5 weeks since we were notified of the backorder and I still haven't been refunded. For our other items, I asked Yulma to do a test press before printing. Yulma replied to my request by email and agreed to do a test press. She then began emailing me photos of the test press items to which I replied with my feedback as the items were not up to our quality standards and required changes. These feedback notes were completely ignored. I received an email a couple of weeks later that the order was ready for pickup with no mention of the feedback I had sent about the test presses. I was shocked by what I saw. Hoodie Quality: Hoodies produced lacked detail. Colors were smudged and missing. The final product was too different from our original artwork and what Josh and Yulma showed us in the digital mockups for us to accept and sell. We rejected these items and refused delivery. Sweatpant Quality: The sweatpants had numerous issues and inconsistencies across every single pair. Issues include: -Design printed over seams -Inconsistent use of ink such that the top of a design would be too much ink and the bottom wouldn't have enough -Our design was stretched out and too wide at the top and too narrow at the bottom. -The spacing between the repeat design was inconsistent. -A part of our design was actually just plain missing on every single pant. It must have been knocked off the screen they made before they started printing. There were so many issues and inconsistencies with these items. We rejected these items and refused delivery. T-shirt Quality: The t-shirts had some issues but we're in better shape than the items above. In an effort to compromise, we accepted these items and their flaws. Little good that did us in getting our refund... As I mentioned, I went into the shop on Monday and noticed so many issues that Josh apologized and promised they'd do a round of quality control to find all the items with issues. I returned the next day on Tuesday and spent the next 90 minutes having to perform my own quality control since their team had either missed or ignored so many major issues. It was also on this day, my second day in the shop, that I noticed perhaps the most troubling and fraudulent action of all. I noticed that there was pen drawn onto the hoodie that Josh had set up on a mannequin to show me. The pen marks were drawn to appear as additional detail that the print had not captured. Josh used this hoodie to try to convince me that the print quality was sufficient and argue that we should accept the merchandise. The fact that Josh drew on our merchandise with pen to try to trick us into believing it was higher quality and more detailed than it actually was is incredibly fraudulent. I repeat, do not do business with these people. I've uploaded various photos of the items that Josh and his team produced for us so you can see the many many mistakes. Josh has refused to give us our full refund, claiming that his business doesn't have the money. As a fellow small business owner, I can understand this is a difficult situation. However, I should not be made to pay for goods that were not delivered because of Josh's poor cash management. I am sincerely hoping this gets resolved and we are refunded. I will keep you all updated if anything changes. If you're reading this, no matter what, don't work with these guys. It's just not worth it. read more

These guys seem so nice when you speak to them but they're an unreliable nightmare to deal with. They disappear for days without answering their phone. They don't have their mailbox setup so you can't leave a message. They are suddenly closed for no reason during regular business hours. All a maddening experience. Unless you're a glutton for punishment I wouldn't advise working with them. read more

Had a great experience with WE PRINT LA! We had a last minute rush job and they fulfilled it flawlessly! The order was a 3 color design for 150 printed t-shirts. So glad we found Let's Print LA. We had them print some uniform shirts for our company "Unneeded Home Goods" and couldn't be happier. The shirt material options were great, the pricing was great and the overall quality was amazing. We went back and forth to get a quote and were able to stop by the shop to feel the material options, see the different styles and even try on the samples for fitting. Afterwards we got a quote for the shirts we chose and a week later we had our shirts completed. I've worked with various shirt printing companies in the past and none have been as accommodating, professional or as friendly as Let's Print LA. We even got to see some of the other printing capabilities they have for signage and business cards, will definitely be using them again.
