When you hit a small bump the rear end would hit the rear axle causing a clanging noise. Not professional at all and I consider it very poor work. I could take it back but decided not to deal with them again and took it to another shop and pay to have it done again. If they cant do proper the first time I dont want to deal with them again.

Service itself is certified, courteous, cheerful, and competent. Prices don't seem to be out of line to us. They are less expensive than dealers' service shops in Bellefontaine or Lima, anyway. Sometimes, mechanics have a little more familiarity with GM or Ford vehicles than Chryslers. These guys LOVE 'em. Of course, this area being de facto Honda Capital of the World, they're great with Hondas and other imports. Our sons have had a Honda and a Hyundai in there and were happy with results. I can't say you can never go wrong with *any* business. What I can say is that we never have yet with Leonards' Garage.

I was having noise/grinding in the rear end of my Ford F150. My technician, Kaleb, met me at 800am on the drop off day. He drove the car with me to ensure he heard what I was hearing. After I left, they performed an 80 point inspection. The results of the inspection identified things that were wrong and needed immediate fix. It also identified "should haves" based on mileage and timing. The text allow me to "accept" or "decline" the service. I phoned for clarification on one item and was given a thorough explanation. I authorized them to perform the tasks I needed most. I received a call at 430pm that night indicating my car was done. I will be going back to Solomon's for future car repair needs.

Recommend To Get A Second Opinion…read more What Went Well: Car went into the Shop with stalling issues. The stalling was accompanied by what felt like transmission not shifting correctly. When the car was towed into the shop the customer service I received was excellent. The Shop worker called me to inquire about the car and also gave me a deadline of when i would be hearing from them. The Associate was spot on about when i would hear from them as they called at the exact time and day they said they would and it was only a day wait since my vehicle went in on a Saturday and was towed in so there was a wait ahead of me already. All Code Readouts and issues were reported to me in a timely manner What Didn't Sit Well With Me: Upon Calling me the Office worker informed me the repairs would take roughly $4,500 to fix stating my car is in dire need of: Mass Airflow Sensor Transmission Obviously this is a lot of money however IF THIS WERE TRUE I WOULD HAVE HAD NO ISSUE PAYING FOR IT as the price wouldn't bother me to have my vehicle running like it should. After deciding to get a second opinion, I was told that the Sensor WOULD GREATLY IMPACT MY TRANSMISSION and its ability to shift correctly. a slip in the transmission would and could be dependent on that sensor. So, I started with process of elimination based on the codes i was given by the shop. I replaced the Mass Airflow Sensor ( $30 Part off Amazon) The car immediately sounded like it was supposed to and wasn't panting for air to stay in idle. The acceleration was back o 100% and felt no slipping of transmission at all. My problem with this is I was told I DEFINITIVELY needed a transmission and that fixing the MAF Sensor wouldn't attribute to the transmission acting the way it does. I recommend getting another opinion if you take your car here as i saved $4470 by getting one myself.... Not that this place was wrong on what was going on but I felt I was being sold a transmission when it is not needed. In todays times and financial needs that's bad business in my mind.
