A merchant has to agree to partner with Groupon. This company did and does not honor Groupon vouchers. I paid $69.99 for an oil change that's all that needs to be done, this place told me i still owed almost $50 more for the difference yeah no, not how it works. I reported them and asked Groupon to remove them. I should've known better when i had my breaks and rotors done here last year and all they do is make a grinding noise. I told him I was told to call back today if I wanted to purchase a tire, so I did and the guy made me feel like I was stupid for calling. He said "our systems have been down for 3 days and the people haven't came to fix it yet. You're just going to have to wait until it's fixed." I started to inform him that I was told to call this morning and he cut me off and said "I'm telling you we can't sell you a tire and change it until our systems are fixed." I was having noise/grinding in the rear end of my Ford F150. My technician, Kaleb, met me at 800am on the drop off day. He drove the car with me to ensure he heard what I was hearing. After I left, they performed an 80 point inspection. The results of the inspection identified things that were wrong and needed immediate fix. It also identified "should haves" based on mileage and timing. The text allow me to "accept" or "decline" the service. I phoned for clarification on one item and was given a thorough explanation. I authorized them to perform the tasks I needed most. I received a call at 430pm that night indicating my car was done. I will be going back to Solomon's for future car repair needs.
