Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. Alex, on the other hand, gave us a quote on the spot and his team was at our house within a week with trucks filled with dirt and top soil to fill in the low spots. We haven't had any issues with pooling since. Since then, ADP Land Design has helped us remove a 50' decaying tree, removed an old tree stump, planted several new trees, built a fence around our 1 acre backyard, and tidied up the landscape on our front lawn.
