We love working with Alex and the team! We had an issue with pooling of water in our backyard after rain. We reached out to many different landscapers and none of them were willing to take it on. Alex, on the other hand, gave us a quote on the spot and his team was at our house within a week with trucks filled with dirt and top soil to fill in the low spots. We haven't had any issues with pooling since. Since then, ADP Land Design has helped us remove a 50' decaying tree, removed an old tree stump, planted several new trees, built a fence around our 1 acre backyard, and tidied up the landscape on our front lawn. We had a mature blue spruce tree at the back of our fenced yard that died, and we needed leaf cleanup in our garden and front yard. I called a few landscape and tree companies, and Alex from ADP was the only one who came over to give me an estimate on the very same day I called. Alex was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His price was fair, and we scheduled the work. The ADP crew showed up on the morning as scheduled and got right to work. They took down the dead tree safely, with no damage to our garden, cleaned up the area and hauled away all the wood. Then the crew cleared all the leaves from our garden and front yard and piled them neatly at the curb for collection. The entire job was done in only in a few hours. I was very impressed with their work ethic and the wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. That dangerous tree is gone, and our garden looks beautiful. We had a tree that a previous owner had planted right next to our house that was damaging our patio and siding. Alex was able to come over quickly and give us an estimate of the job and we decided to remove some other trees that were also planted too close to the house as well as some shrubs that were partially dead. Alex and his crew did a thorough and quick job removing everything and also made our flower bed smaller after the shurbs were removed. Overall, the work was great and the rate was very reasonable. One of our trees took some real storm damage last week and we were unsure if we could save the tree. I reached out to Alex on Friday morning and he was able to stop by later that afternoon to take a look and let me know our options. We decided to keep the tree by trim it very well. Alex contacted me the next day and said he would be able to fit me in at the end of the day. His crew took all safety precautions, did the job, and then cleaned up everything. Alex and his crew did an excellent job today. We asked him to clean up large fragments of tree stumps left over by another tree company we hired. In addition, they removed large roots, grinded stumps that were left over, power raked the yard, graded with topsoil and reseeded. They took great care not to destroy existing grass and cleaned up what the other company damaged with their equipment. The quote was very reasonable and Alex was great to work with. He was very upfront about what he was planning on doing. His team showed up when they said they would and worked the entire day in 90 degree heat. After chasing them got a date. Yay!! Nope again. Never called. Never showed. I Called multiple times. No response. Ever. Alex and his team did a great job taking down an enormous Ash tree that was dying and shedding branches. Their quote was the best of the ones I received. An insurance certificate was sent prior to work. Then his team came quickly and efficiently removed it. They took care to not destroy the grass with the bucket truck or bobcat. Amazingly the entire tree was retrieved from my property without disturbing the neighbors and without any damage to the fence. This is a small miracle considering where the tree was situated. I will be calling them again when it's time to take down another tree. In the mean time their grass cutting service I will continue to use every season. Great value, great people. read more

I'm sorry I cannot give minus remark. I have a contract for a fallen tree removal project with this company, but they ran away. Actually they stopped by my yard to remove it, but they trimmed top of the tree to be paid for partial payment. They told they will be back to to continue the work, but they did not answer phone, no reply to e mail and nothing. Today I could talk with the guy, but he told he would call me back in 2 minutes. It was 3 hours ago. Incredibly irresponsible. If he clearly give up this project, I may look for another service provider. I cannot take any action because I have a contract with this company. I can do nothing but having to watch the fallen tree everyday. It's too much stressful. One star is too much to this company. read more
