I really appreciated that he wasn't willing to put me in a loan that wouldn't meet my needs. About a year later the rates dropped and we ended up refinancing at a much better rate. Even then before we signed he actually asked me if we had plans to move in the next couple of years. I had to take her to court where she revealed that she was also a realtor and Kristy Gannon had given her my personal information and told her that she did not feel like I would be able to close. when I had already been pre-qualified. After 9 months the court ruled in my favor and I was able to get my deposit back. Such a bad experience!!!! Wish I hAd never went through this Company!!!!
