Everything started with lies. I received nothing than damage from them. I just got a few services from this company as listed. 1. Have multiple phone calls that are about lies. 2. Sending a notary to my workplace, make me sign over 100 pages for Froud. 3. Keeping my money for months in their account. I had 2 conversations before writing this review. I am going to try all my options to receive my money back. Reviews, lawyers, press even hold a SCAM sing in front of their business. I recorded last conversation talked to Ms. Angela and her supervisor Mr. Rashon They nicely said that they can't help. They need to protect their company. So here we are. They didn't do any services other than make me sign paperwork. They take $4752.24 in 6 mounts, and they want to refund $369.55. I am not accepting this amount. I lost my work, my credit score, my mental health and probably losing my home. I believe there are some laws and good people stand up against these scammers. I have hired a lawyer and will sue them. I got the same excuse they are not returning any money until they are ordered to in court. There was a class action lawsuit against them. 0 stars if I could. I ruined my credit at their advise. They took my money and broke the settlement I had in place with a lender by sending late payments, all the while never communicating with me. Now I find out that I owe the full amount and it's in collections instead. They took all of their unearned fees upfront and now they're going out of business and still want me to keep an active contract with them. I've advised that I'd like to cancel my contract immediately but they've gone radio silent. Tried to call, waited in the queue for 30 mins and then was sent to a full voicemail. If you need assistance with debt relief/consolidation, please stay away from this company. The company first attracts customers by sending mailings to your homes under the company name of Patriot Funding telling you that you have been pre-approved for a debt consolidation loan. When you reach out to them, you are told they do not offer loans, but help you by settling your debt for less than what you owe with the creditors using Level One Law firm. They also tell you to stop paying your creditors and they will set up an account with a company called Global Holdings where your payments are held and then used to pay the settled debts. While you are not paying your creditors, late fee and interest will accumulate and the money that you think is being saved to pay off your settled bill is instead being used to pay illegal upfront fees. Per the Federal Trade Commission debt relief services, you can't collect any fee from a customer until you meet these three requirements: You must have reached a successful result for your customer. There must be an agreement between your customer and the creditor. Your customer must have made a payment to the creditor. However, when you call to cancel and request a refund, you will be told you are only entitled to what is in your account at the time, even though the FTC requirements were not met. SCAM ARTISTS!! Avoid at all costs! they took 7k of my money, double billed me for fees upfront each month and refuse to give me the money in my escrow citing that until the lawsuit is settled they are abiding by my contract. Which would be true if my contract did not state I would be billed fees once a month and they took them twice per month. They did not abide to the contract and now have $3500 of my money they refuse to return. Oh, and they settled ONE $800 debt in a year. Be careful with the company One Leve Law, they are scammers. Don't fall into that fraud, they did it to me. They told me I could consolidate my debts, and stupidly, I agreed to pay them $840 every 15 days. Seven months passed, and they hadn't done anything at all, not even a proposal for any of my 5 credit cards. I contacted them to tell them that since 7 months had passed with no progress, I wanted them to deduct $840.00 monthly instead of bi-weekly. They said no, that I had signed the program as it was, and it couldn't be changed. But I hadn't received anything, not even a proposal. Long story short, I canceled, and out of $10,920.00, they only refunded $6,412.00. They stole over $4,000 for doing absolutely nothing. They are scammers; be careful not to get involved in their game. First, you receive a letter, then a call from someone named ALEX, and they rope you into the scam. The modus operandi of the criminal organization Level One Law: Do not fall for their scam. The scam by the criminal organization One Level Law: First, you receive a reconciliation email with a fake interest rate. Then, a scammer named Alex convinces you to reduce your debt from $48,000 to $15,000 by making payments, but they keep charging fees for doing nothing. For instance, from each biweekly payment of $840, they pocket $539, leaving only $300 for your cards. After 10 months of paying, they still haven't done anything with your cards. Basically if you agree on an amount of $823 each month that they supposingly put in an escrow account to pay off your creditors. they take $773 in fees each month, so your bacially paying almost double what you owe in credit card debt and your credit is destoyed. please stay away from this company. read more
