Thank goodness we found Level Up to help us with an issue we encountered with our bathroom. We wish we had been with Liran and Level Up from the start, but unfortunately we didn't know about them last year when we did a remodel for our bathrooms. A toilet wasn't set properly with that company and it ended causing a problem that needed to be addressed quickly. Liran was responsive, informative, and detail-oriented from the start. He came out the same day we called to assess the situation, and connected us with an excellent certified plumber to fix it ASAP. Liran was here with us when we first met the plumber so we were all on the same page. What started as a simple update "let's change the microwave" became a large project that involved remodeling 3 bathrooms, upgrading the kitchen, changing the flooring for the entire house, and painting. We met with quite a few folks before we decided on Liran with Levelup. He was honest, genuine, took the time to explain the process, and overall gave us the confidence to move forward. The folks he brought in were generally all great as well. Had a couple minor communication hiccups like walls having too much texture, but the issue was always addressed promptly, and in that example the very next day. I don't even know where to begin. Liran, the owner of Level Up, saved me from a disaster of a small renovation I had started with another contractor. It quickly became apparent that this person was over their head, but by then my kitchen and bathroom were in a shambles and I was in a panic. Liran responded to my initial inquiry quickly and calmly, and came out within 24 hours to look at the project and give me his honest assessment. He was willing to tell me what the other person wasn't...that my 95-year-old house needed more than just the small job I had planned because there were problems with wiring, plumbing and code violations that were exposed as things had been removed. It felt very overwhelming, and this is where his vision and his demeanor came in really handy. He walked me through the process as we went, helping me to make decisions on design, colors and fixtures. He has a pleasant personality and is great to work with. He manages his own crew of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc., so can keep things moving along. They all did excellent work and made sure I had all the information I needed to think of not only my current needs but also the next 20 years. And, most importantly, Liran was in constant contact with me, even when I left town for vacation, to make sure I was aware of what was happening and what the next steps were. We recently completed a full master suite renovation with Liran. From the start, he was responsive and communicative. Our experience throughout the construction was very positive - everyone who came in our home was respectful and made every effort to limit the mess. Liran is detail-oriented and has high standards. Ex: He noticed some of the shower tile was slightly uneven, and sent his tiling crew back to fix it before ending the project. He's very responsive if there are issues and open to changes mid-project without adding on any fees (as long as the work and scope are the same). His pricing is probably the best part, what you agree to up front does not change at all - again, unless you make a decision which actually changes the project. Ex: we decided we wanted an accent wall with beadboard and some trim, and he just did that at no extra cost. There's not a single day that we don't pad on the back of ourselves for doing a good job choosing Superlative Constructions for our home project, from the beginning to the end, till now and we know that will last for years to come! The crews are very professional and punctuate. And our project stayed in the budget with super high quality of work as promised! The project is complete without any compromise but went WAY beyond our expectations. There is not a single inch that I am not fully satisfied with. We had kitchen project, living room, and office. There were multiple times that we ran into complications. Yair the project manager, and Paul the key contractor, made sure that our hearts rested assured that they'd figure things out-- and they DID. Not only that they made all things worked out, but the quality of work is exquisite, and they STAYED IN BUDGET-- even sometimes it meant extra work, time, and cost to themselves. These folks were very professional from start to finish. I had a response and a visit from one of their associates within 24 hours. He came prepared for COVID with a mask for all of our visits and respected all social distancing norms. I had a small job, and they were able to schedule me exactly in the window I wanted. Even a bit sooner than initially quoted. The price was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, when asked about the quote, he reasonably explained what I was paying for, to my excitement it's quality and customer experience which I couldn't have been more happy about. This was a patio paver extension with a mix of old and new pavers, the team on site, did an amazing job of blending the old and new tiles to make it feel more natural and less like a seam between old and new. This was a project we had been planning out for a long time, so it was important to us that we found the right company for the job. We ended up going with Liran and Superlative Construction in the end, and don't regret it at all. The first thing that stuck out to us was Liran's responsiveness and knowledge. He made himself available shortly after our initial request and was able to go into detail about the different options we had and the amount of work involved.
