There were tons of teenagers and felt very chaotic. The everworld experience was $30/pp and was marketed as immersive but it was really just a VR game that lasted 15 minutes. I would not recommend this location

The place is in a newish shopping center going into Jax. Bch on Beach Blvd. I had seen this…read moreso-called "immersion" Unreal Garden, event on Facebook, that looked so cool, colorful and 3D. It looked like you'd be walking with 3D glasses thru a forest with all these animals so large and real.....like the elephant. In reality your only images were right in front of your face, the glasses stopped working for both of us half way thru and had to be replaced. To read about this experience on Facebook it should have been fantastic-technology,science, nature, etc but it wasn't. The girls running the event were nice but hardly knew what to do. I suggested they needed to give some directions as to what we were suppose to do while in the program, with the glasses in the room. Like how were we to use our hands and our voice to activate things (I guess) but they didn't have the training to know to do that . My credit card charge was with a company out of Germany bec that was what was on the bill so I suspect the experience could have been there but it wasn't.

At the time of purchase, I also paid for shipping and provided the owner with my shipping information so that my items, along with another individual's purchase, could be shipped to my home. Unfortunately, several weeks have now passed and I have not received the items we purchased. In addition, I have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking information regarding the order. I have attempted to contact the business by calling the phone number listed, but I have not received a return call or any communication regarding the status of the shipment. The lack of response and follow-up has been very disappointing. As a business owner myself, I place a high value on professionalism, communication, and integrity when serving customers. Based on this experience, there appears to be a significant lapse in both customer service and business integrity. Customers should be able to trust that purchases will be fulfilled and that communication will occur if there are delays or issues. At this point, both the other purchaser and I are prepared to dispute the charges with our financial institutions and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if the matter is not resolved promptly. I sincerely hope this situation can be addressed and corrected soon. However, based on my current experience, I would encourage others to exercise caution when making purchases that require shipping.

I do need to say up front that I have never kayaked in my entire life, so my review is from the…read moreperspective of an absolute novice. I've always wanted to try it, but it's one of those hobbies that seem to have a couple of barriers. Like, friends have invited me, but I didn't have a kayak to join them. Or I've looked at some of the tour groups, but I never wanted to be that first-timer that kind of holds up the rest of the group, y'know? When I found out my friend Kelly was going on this tour and she had only been kayaking once before, I figured that whatever happened, there'd be at least one other person in the same predicament. I am so glad I went!! The tour was PHENOMENAL. The tour guides bring everything you need - kayak, paddles, and life jackets, so you just have to drive yourself to the location and bring some water & snacks. There was some instruction before we all got in the water, but it's definitely one of those things where you just need to do it for a while before "getting" it. (I'm still not 100% that I got it, but I was way better at the end than at the beginning.) It was a smallish group, about 7 or 8 of us, and we were the only kayakers I saw the entire time we were on the creek. I only ran into two people (fortunately, the people I knew!), and only got stuck on a log once. But I got unstuck and learned to watch out for logs. The tour guides gave some follow-up instruction when I needed it (turning is hard), and the other folks in the group were super-nice and not once did I feel like I was THAT person slowing anyone down. You just kinda paddle forward, and sometimes run into logs if you need to stop. It gets easier after that. I saw 30 million turtles sunning themselves on the side of the creek, a baby snake merrily swimming along, some swallow-tailed kites, an orchid native to NE Florida, and someone tried to point out a baby alligator, but I did not see it. The weather was perfect and the setting was gorgeous. It was so blissfully quiet, as well. A lot of St. Augustine is about getting stuck in traffic, and that gets old real quick. Coming out to this quiet little pocket of uninterrupted nature was exactly what my brain and my soul needed. Two thumbs up, five stars, A++, highly recommend, would (and will!) go again!

The space was clean and organized, and I appreciated that they had everything ready to go when I arrived. They give you protective gear (which you definitely need!) and you "gear up" before walking in by wearing a mesh suit, hair net and cover your shoes too but you can take them off and just slide on their "socks" they give you . Once you're in there, it's just a blast--literally throwing paint on the canvas, the walls, and maybe a little on yourself too. It's messy in the best way, and weirdly therapeutic. You can also use their Alexa to play music of your choice and make it a fun vibe and have your own mini party. I really liked that you get to take home your canvas afterward, it's such a cool keepsake. You wait 24 hours to come back and once it is fully dry you can take it home. It's not something I'd do all the time, but for a creative, out-of-the-box experience, it's totally worth it. Highly recommend if you're looking for something playful and a little different to do in Gainesville. I love that they have so many options such as acrylic projects, string projects, painted glasses and other DYI experiences. You can set an appointment and come in at your reserved a lot. I'll 100% be coming back and already want to try one of their other DIY experiences!
