They have Porta potties in the area, but you can leave and go to the mall food court restrooms if you prefer. As long as you keep your wristband on, you can come and go as you please. Adults must accompany their kids (no dropping off your kid and leaving), seating is first come first serve, there's a snow cone stand ($6.00) and a free shoe store area. You can bring your own water and snacks in. Nonslip socks are required. You can bring your own or purchase some at FunBox. Music was good and it was a fun time. For the age group I have with my kids, this place is better for littler kids. Honestly my kids were done playing within 30 mins. My youngest son has ADHD and it wasn't much for him to do to keep him entertained. There is I consider a snack bar compared to a cafe so you definitely need to grab your kids some food after you leave. Floor could use a little updating as well as the games. A creepy dark hallway by the restrooms, that's a no go for me. There is a skittles and cotton candy machine in the back but I won't use in my honest opinion. So if your kids are 8 and older or are very hyper, I won't recommend this place for them, not much for them to do.

At first I wasn't going to order a sandwich but someone else ordered before me and the host had the building smelling delicious from the food. The sandwich was perfect especially with her using real eggs to cook. There is also a seperate area where the birthday party can be set up so you can sing in a seperate room away from all the toys.

The area is gated so you can let your children play while you enjoy your breakfast and coffee at the table. After that, they took some pictures in a big fancy chair and got a cupcake. This isn't high quality polish or makeup. This is just for fun and perfect for little girls. This is such a cute concept catered to little girls! The atmosphere is a perfect mix of glam and kid friendly! The girls had a great time and my 10yo even said this was every little girls' dream and as a mom and aunt, I loved watching the girls experience this fun day! The stories and involvement with the audience were great. The brave little and large animals were brave and very patient with the little ones. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to have special guest come visit the party. We considered having someone come as a princess but our daughter really loves animals. The program is really good and kept the kid's brain fresh for the new school year. They give a presentation at the end of the week showing off their favorite creations and demonstrating how they work. The advanced campers shared the steps taken to create their masterpieces. Sometimes the robots didn't work and the campers handled the mishaps pretty well I think. The like that the campers were supportive of each other and didn't tease when it wouldn't work. At the end of the presentation they received a metal. I think the kid said if they were there for 5 weeks they would get a trophy. She got 3 metals. Coach K was a great leader and I felt confident leaving the 7 year old at the camp. I like the scanner sign in system. She will be returning next year for sure.
