I come here for a morning workout to start off my day (and there is one every hour starting at 5:30 am), and it is the perfect way to get the endorphins pumping. Each day is set to a perfect theme, so this gym always adds variety to your week. I highly recommend trying a workout here and have to say their Saturday workouts are my favorite because you get a full body workout, like some days. Everyone who works here is also very welcoming, so you get excellent customer service. It is at an ideal location- right next to a Publix so you can meal plan after a workout if that is your preference. Highly recommended. F45 is my favorite among interval gyms because I am not a fan of treadmills and running- but that preference is up to you. They also have more space than some F45s. I went to an F45 in Dallas, and that space was tighter than this one. I highly recommend giving them a try.

This was only my second Pilates class ever, so I had no idea what I was walking into. Turns out I walked into the abs and glutes class of all abs and glutes classes. Lauren is tough -- but the kind of tough that keeps you going because she makes it fun and challenging at the same time. I wanted to quit and keep going all at once, which I think means she's doing something right. Beyond the workout itself, the studio was spotless, the energy in a full class was great, and the music kept the vibe going the whole time. Really impressive first experience here. The showers were consistently clean and stocked with soap, there were chilled disposable towels available after workouts, and the equipment was well-maintained. Unfortunately, over the past 2-3 months, there has been a noticeable decline in the overall quality of the facility. The level of cleanliness and upkeep has dropped significantly. Soap dispensers are now cracked and empty, the floors are often dirty, and many of the amenities that were once standard are no longer available. More concerning is the condition of the equipment. The rowing machine, for example, has loose bolts and makes a scraping noise when in use, as the seat hits against the metal frame. At this point, I would recommend considering other options that prioritize cleanliness, maintenance, and member experience.

They specialize in P.I.I.T (partner interval training) where you move from station to station with your partner and push/motivate eachother as much as you can, making the workout more effective and more fun knowing youre not alone. At Legacy Fit you get a complete body workout in a 1 hour session. Theres something about technique that gets your body toned yet curvy in all the right places (ladies). Its always a challenge and you never get tired of the same routine. Legacy is for everyone. Anyone can give it a try. I was extremely overweignt when i started and did not think i could do half the exercises but with time and motivation from the trainers i am now super confident in how i perform.

The workouts are 50 minutes to 1 hour workouts in a circuit training, High Intensity Interval…read moreTraining (HIIT) and sometimes Jonathan cranks up the intensity to Super High Intensity Interval Training (SHIIT) format. The programming is varied. Monday: Upper Body, Tuesday; Total Body, Wednesday; lower body, Thursday; Total body, Friday; Cardio and abs, Saturday; Total body and Sunday; Lower body. The exercises are varied, so if you hated one workout, the next one will be different. The instructors demonstrate the exercises after the warmup. The exercises are rotated so the other regulars know the exercises and you can follow along. If you are new the instructors will take the time to work you through it one on one. If you are new to exercising at this intensity you can dial it off by using lower weights, taking longer breaks, or in my case I tapped out after two rounds versus three. There is no pressure except yourself to perform. The gym is open air. I have only worked out here in the winter, but find my self gravitating to the doors for fresh air. There is ample supply of equipment for all strength levels. I have noticed some couples coming in and one partner doing their own workout on the weights. I have had a stroke and have balance and cognitive deficits. I know the modifications to the exercises that I need and there is equipment available for adaption. The instructors are patient with me in asking questions of something I'm sure they already said. They have a ten percent discount for military, veterans, and law enforcement. I live nearby and walk in the field next to Empire. They have underutilized lighted soccer fields that are perfect for a team practice at night. The teams are out there at night with music blasting and balls blazing. They have recently started a boxing program on Tuesdays and Thursdays that seems intriguing. They have different heavy bags available. I avoided this gym the last year due to Covid. Both me and my wife were fully vaccinated in March, so I was willing to give it a go. NO ONE wears a mask! They do a good job of sanitizing before, during, and after workouts, with all people participating in keeping it clean. They have the workout spaces divided into six foot blocks and have modified the workouts to maintain social distancing. The bottom line is that I would not recommend an unvaccinated person or one who has not had COVID work out here, especially when Jonathan breaks out one of his SHIIT workouts that will get everyone breathing super hard. The music is a negative for me. It is super loud (as in a club) and is either Regaton or Urban music. A diversity of Dance, House, Disco, Electronica, Salsa, Merengue, and Rock would be appreciated to match the diversity of clients. Maybe rotate a different style each day and ensure that styles vary between weeks. I will do a review again post-covid and if DJ issue is resolved, they should be at five stars.
