Found this little hidden gem tucked away in the Albany park neighborhood after driving home from work one day. Decided to FINALLY pay them a visit with my boyfriend! No regrets very delicious we will likely be back very very soon. Definitely go check this place out if you're looking for healthier options for shakes, teas, protein bowls, donuts and more. #healthierchoices #newyearnewme2022 #levelupnutrition Today I ordered the peanut lover see awesome photos and menu too

This place is going to knock so many strokes off my golf game! I struggle to keep weight (muscle) and need a place like this. High quality ingredients but very reasonable prices. I've paid $12 at gyms or boutique places in "nice" (snobby) neighborhoods and not gotten the friendly service and superb quality that I just got at Level Up nutrition on Kedzie in my neighborhood. They even have gluten free donuts that are also packed with protein. The chocolate, peanut butter, and banana smoothie I'm having for lunch is so delicious and I know it's really good for me. I've got a long day of work left and still need strength and energy to hit the driving range tonight. I'm so excited to have found this place!

Decided to check this place out after desperately craving a smoothie. Did NOT disappoint!! Easily one of the best smoothies i've ever had, well worth the price. All of the smoothies are under 300 calories which was shocking! I got the banana split smoothie- and it was incredibly indulgent, while having a significant amount of protein and fiber. Will definitely be coming here again, the employee behind the counter was incredibly sweet as well :)

Nice place. I hope they are adding more options soon like acai bowls, etc. I've tried they're berry bowl and it's not bad.

I love love love the shake and the tea! The protein donuts were so good too! I'm so in love with this place definitely going back!

I've tried to come here twice in the past month, and tried to order delivery through DoorDash the third time before work. Everywhere you look, on maps and on delivery websites, it says this place is open. However, all three times I've attempted to order something from here, they have been closed. The lights are off, the doors are locked, and there is a "CLOSED" sign pasted on the door every time. They do not mark anywhere that they are closed until you drive there and see the sign on the door. To me, this is incredibly strange. Having your business on delivery apps and making the driver go all the way there for it to be closed, then causing issues for the customer and causing them to cancel it (did not get my full amount refunded either) is very unprofessional. Their phone line is also disconnected. They must have shut this place down and the owner just didn't bother to take it off of any maps or delivery apps, because when I tried to call it immediately said this person is not available.

Has a surprisingly varied menu. There's empanadas at lunch if wanting hot stuff. Because it was breakfast we got some of the smoothies and bowls. It's about $7 for a smoothie which isn't that bad for around here. The one I got was the Kale Colada Smoothie. It's green. This is made with bananas, coconut, kale, pineapple, and spinach. It's about $9 for bowls. We got a couple of these. Best one was the Sunny Bowl. This is made with acerola, apple juice, apples, bananas, and mangos. This is topped with apples, bananas, coconut flakes, granola, honey which I left off, and mangos. Good but it just wasn't enough. It's small portions for the prices. The fruit is fresh though, and at lunch they have empanadas, including a few okay for vegans and vegetarians.

It's a very cute idea and from walking in you could see that the employee was making each drink with fresh fruit and vegetables - I got the green line express and my friend got the purple line. we both loved our drinks and added the vanilla protein. I am about 85% sure that they forgot the protein in my green smoothie. - here's the thing. there was one woman working there who was running all over the place while talking loudly on FaceTime. she then plugged her phone in in the middle of the room and had her FaceTime on max volume. we waited as the only people in the place for about 10 minutes and she just like did random things. - there were boxes everywhere and it just seemed like they were in the middle of moving out? there were two stools nowhere near the counter on the side (that was where her phone was blasting) it was a total mess and definitely not passing any cleanly tests.... - so yes, tasty and yes, there's potential. definitely not any poison in the drinks, but?!? what's happening!?

A Sweet Surprise on Broadway…read more Thanks to Yelp for the invite to check out Bambu at 5010 N Broadway. My family and I stopped by for drinks, and it turned into a fun little discovery. The space itself is quaint and tiny, but nicely decorated. Seating for maybe six small groups, so this is really a grab-and-go spot rather than a place to settle in. I liked that they use self-service kiosks to order. It makes browsing the full menu easy and takes the pressure off when you're deciding with a group. Now, the drinks. This is where Bambu earns its stripes. Expect bold, unusual flavor combinations, and a generous helping of jelly mixed right into the drink. It's not your average boba shop. Every sip felt like a little experiment, and honestly, that's what made it memorable. A couple of things to know before you go. Prices run about 20 percent higher than similar spots nearby, so budget accordingly. And parking is genuinely tough. My advice: park a block away and walk over, or swing by if you're already strolling the neighborhood. Whatever you do, don't double park. Broadway moves fast here, and cars zoom by constantly. Would I go back? Absolutely. Bambu is worth the walk for something a little different. Give me a thumbs up if this gave you a little more insight
