Things really have changed with this store! Workers are not nearly as nice or knowledgeable as they used to be and they can't find anything. They don't want to honor coupons or return policies. They seem more interested in keeping the piles of clothes neat than actually helping you. This one short lady just kept yelling, "what size do you need?!" at us every time one of us looked at something. They definitely lost some customers today! read more

Located inside the jersey outlet, this levis store is my go to spot. The employees are helpful, but not overbearing, and they always have my size! I usually get the short size, being petite. I left my Burberry bag in the fitting room once, and after I had left the store, and went into another, I realized that I didn't have it with me. So I went back and saw that one of the employees who took care of the fitting room, put my bag in the front with the cashiers. I was super happy that I got my Burberry purchase back! :) read more

I wish I could rate this lower. I just left the store after having the worst experience and interaction I have EVER had with a store. First, the line outside due to COVID restrictions and a medical emergency. I waited patiently outside of the store for about 5-10 minutes and then once the medical staff left, I was told by an employee that it would be another 10-15 minutes. Ok. I assumed it was for cleaning. Then, 10 minutes later she lets us know it'll be another 10-15 minutes. Annoying, but okay. Finally we were let in and I immediately grabbed the items I wanted to try on. I walk up to the fitting room. Closed. Another girl (not with me) inquires if they can open it. They say they cannot until after 2pm, since they were short staffed. The girl replies that she had called around 11am and was told by a man on the phone that the fitting rooms would be open after 12pm. It was about 1:30pm, so we all decided to wait in line for the rooms to open up at 2pm. After 15 minutes of waiting, one of the staff members comes up to us and says that we are being extremely inconsiderate to the people waiting outside of the store trying to come in to shop and that she would be happy to take our items and put it on hold until the fitting rooms open. However, there was NO ONE outside in line to even inconvenience. We replied that we are all trying to purchase items, but need to try them on first and did not want to wait and be pushed back to the end of the line (should a line actually end up forming). Plus, we had already waited our turns to get into the store. And, if that weren't enough, the staff were the ones that told us we had to wait until the fitting rooms opened up at 2pm. The worker then starts raising her voice and berating us in the store. We refused, and said that we are waiting patiently until they open the fitting rooms. She responds that the guy working is still going to have to do X Y and Z before he can unlock the fitting room so it'll be after 2. She then walks away cursing about us and calling us inconsiderate assholes. Nice. At that point, I said I didn't even want to purchase anything but I had to out of desperate need. At 2:02pm, a man asks us if the fitting rooms were open. We said, nope they open at 2pm. He asked what time it was. We told him. The worker laughed at us. It was very apparent that they were deliberately taking their sweet time in opening the dressing rooms because we were being "inconsiderate" and it was prohibiting them from running the business effectively. Whether they were short staffed, having a bad day, or what, there was absolutely NO reason to berate your customers in public and then curse about them under your breath. The employee hid her name tag so I cannot include it in this review. I purchased my item and left after waiting until 2:15pm for the fitting rooms to open or for the employee in charge of fitting rooms to even come out, to no avail. I guarantee I will not return to this store after today. I'll be reporting to The Premium Outlets and corporate as well. read more

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees do not bother to say hi or help you with anything you need and shake their when you do ask them for help. Not a fan of the store which is unfortunate because the prices are great just not the associates read more
