I was browsing for items and when I asked product questions she seemed uninformed and hesitant but then would go off on lengthy tangents that were out of context. At one point she posed a question that warranted a response but then seemed unaware she'd even asked a question moments earlier. I later realized she seemed to always have the last word in conversing and it came off as though she was trying to insult or overpower me. The entire experience turned me off as unusual. When I realized I needed to get out of there for the items I came in for and should just go to Princeton which I love it was difficult to politely do so and vacate the premises. The saleswoman wouldn't stop talking or let me leave/cut me off and insisted I listen to something that really just didn't make sense at all and to be honest sucked up a lot of time.

I had went to try on some items and no one helped me. I waited for 10 minutes until I went to get someone. I had tried the items on and there was no place to put them back, I went to leave them in the room (as most stores do without someone running the fitting rooms and no put-backs rack), and as I walked out she asked if the items were mine, I said "Yes" and offered to bring them out and she promptly responded with "Yea I'm not a slave." She proceeded to yell at a worker about 2 minutes later. I hate that woman more than anyone and there's a reason her wrinkles are so deep in her forehead. Total bitch.

We all stopped and looked at each other as she rolled her eyes at us. I was very disrespected and hurt that a worker thought she had the right to treat us that way. I took a lap to calm down and went to find the manager and explained the situation and left. My friends went back in without me because they wanted to see something and over heard her saying " they were being rude" which was so far from the truth. I love their clothing , bras, and underwear and am always willing to spend the money in the quality but I do not foresee myself going back there because this woman has completely ruined the experience and if I do plan to shop it will in fact be online. If anyone who's reading this goes there, I hope you have a better experience.
