In fact, the multi year transformation that its currently undergoing makes it less of a traditional mall and more of a mini city that has spawned into a mixed-use commercial district. Their use of natural lighting all throughout the space makes it an ideal place for a photo in any corner. In addition to the space, many stores have stepped in with a good number that are high-end to appease all of the new money coming into the city of Richmond. It has become a leisurely destination for families and teenagers as folks roam the mall from corner to corner. One of the most significant transformations has been their food court, which has been dubbed the DiningTERRACE and features a number of food and drink spots. The only downside has been the mediocrity of most spots, which has plenty of room for improvement. Parking is also a mess, especially during the weekend. Folks are constantly competing for space and camping out has become a necessity during their busiest times. To be honest, we visit each time we're in the area but there's not many stores we would shop at. It's just fun to peruse and window shop here. It is a pretty dated mall but people love it. We tried the food court a few times and the food here is okay but you'll probably do better venturing to eat outside. Overall, a fun place to pass the time and a centre for community.

Their policy says you can return items within 60 days with the receipt, but they didn't accept my return when THEIR socks were already worn, and slipping (feet getting irritated) from walking because it has to be in "original packaging" even thought I had the original receipt. The asian manager was extremely rude (making fun of me with 2 co-workers, Filipino and Mexican girl) in handling the situation and can't follow simple rules on the receipt. Filed a credit card dispute against them and got my money back!

The food was laid out so picturesque at some stalls as well. Everything was very much made fresh to order as well. The facility itself is fairly clean and the restrooms seem to be serviced regularly. I do wish the entrances smelled less like cigarettes but they can't really control what goes on outside and the way that it wafts inside.
