    So many dishes!

Love this food court! Went for the first time tonight and I had the best sweet n sour pork! After 7pm, vendors do three dish deals for $18-27 dollars total! It's awesome and you get SO MUCH FOOD! Great friendly service too! Lots of awesome dishes to choose from too. We got, chow mein, sweet n sour pork, ginger pork ribs, pork belly, broccoli and garlic beans, fried chicken, and soy chicken.

This is a bustling market/mall with a large parking lot that is full to the gills on weekends. One of the most popular money exchange spots in the area is inside, as well as a food court. We came here (we've been before) for the money exchange (as it turns out it does help to have Canadian money in Richmond; I've been to other parts of B.C. and never used it, but it's a bit "old school" in these parts - also of course if you are particular about getting a good rate on your dollar then you'll want to exchange, probably. We also got the rice rolls from the food court. My spouse enjoyed the addition of sprouts on top of his and I liked the way they rolled the egg into mine. Recommend this spot if you are needing a quick place to get your bearings.

Have visited this mall for 25+ years since visiting as a kid. The restaurants might change but the ambiance says the same. Would like to try all the restaurants if I had more time but it's always a go to stop when visiting from out of town.

Yaohan Centre is your classic centre in Richmond, access to T&T grocer and a food court of so many Chinese eats. I would recommend stopping by if you're hungry, there's a free parking lot with plenty of parking. It's also across from the Aberdeen Centre or even more options.

We've always loved this place. Best place to buy groceries and best place to buy Chinese food and snacks. The food court is amazing with different selections and authentic flavor. They speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese, you see the survival spirit of immigrants in the new homeland. Things here are fresh and abundant. Asians are very picky and skeptical for freshness and they have achieved this high standard and request. Not only a supermarket, it is more like a social spot for Asians who can get more than groceries here, like financial services, traveling arrangements and others. Even by walking around this place, I feel Yeh energy and happiness around me. Love this.

Stopped by the Yaohan Centre to look around while in Vancouver with friends...a lot of different stores here including supermarket, food court, several egg waffle places which we tried a couple to see which place had the best, herbal tea shop and more. A lot of little shops for clothing etc, and restroom inside the centre. Not what I consider a shopping centre as you see in other locations but a lot of vendor shops. Ok, if you need to stop by especially for any groceries from the supermarket. Parking lot has plenty of spaces and not a far walk from our hotel (about 10 minute walk). Easy walk and good to get in some steps.

This is my favorite Asian grocery market in Richmond. The mall itself is not too impressive. The stores are lacking. I love the variety of goods you can find here. THere is a stall for sticky rice roll (fan tuan), dimsum, jook, drinks.

Nice little shopping place in Richmond. There are two floors, top floor for businesses and shops, and bottom floor for the Osaka Supermarket and food court.

On my visit to Vancouver i came across this supermarket/food court/shopping center. The supermarket i think is a t&t which is a huge chinese supermarket. We found out that they have a huge array of cooked food on the side. We got the made to order sticky rice. It was amazing! You can add anything you want inside and its hot when you get it. We got some fried dough and some congee too. I wish they had the same sticky rice in nyc! I cant wait to go back to get another one!!!

Fun place to check out. For tourists like us, it's basically an Asian mall that has a big Osaka Asian grocery store (which is amazing), tons of restaurants in their food court area, a few drink/boba places. Office buildings on the 2nd floor. Only wish there were more gift stores in this place to buy souvenirs.

It does have anchor tenants at all sides, so remember where you come in from. What I appreciate about this mall is the prices at the food court. I'm not sure if there is an agreement or something, but most of the food operators have at least a couple of items under $10, making it very affordable. Some even sell coffee or tea at under $2. You do see many elderly Asians here, maybe that's why there is cheaper options? They do occupy the tables at the food court chatting for a long period of time. Think of this as another version of Timmies, but with more food options. I was told the T&T here is the largest and it is busy at all hours. The parking area near it is always full. Park elsewhere where it has more empty spots. I like this Asian mini mart (Smart Save) where you can get many food stuff from Asia that are not available in T&T. There is also Langley Farm Market here which has nice produce. There are also Daiso, Dollarama, JYSK, Forum home appliances, etc here. Interesting mix of tenants. Crowded on weekends especially when there are special events in the atrium. It's like a typical mall you will see in Asia, packed with families.

In fact, the multi year transformation that its currently undergoing makes it less of a traditional mall and more of a mini city that has spawned into a mixed-use commercial district. Their use of natural lighting all throughout the space makes it an ideal place for a photo in any corner. In addition to the space, many stores have stepped in with a good number that are high-end to appease all of the new money coming into the city of Richmond. It has become a leisurely destination for families and teenagers as folks roam the mall from corner to corner. One of the most significant transformations has been their food court, which has been dubbed the DiningTERRACE and features a number of food and drink spots. The only downside has been the mediocrity of most spots, which has plenty of room for improvement. Parking is also a mess, especially during the weekend. Folks are constantly competing for space and camping out has become a necessity during their busiest times. As many skyscrapers have been built nearby and it's proximity to the metro rail, this place will only serve to be busier as time goes on. ____________ (#1) 18 years has flown by.

Parking is shared with the Aberdeen Centre parkade. In other words, it's a total war zone on the weekends. This part of the mall has been around for a few years, but it sure is empty. I'm not sure even 1/4 of the retail spaces are occupied. It's pretty dead. Anyone remember Bridgepoint? The redeeming factor (and I guess the only real reason to visit this part of the mall) is the food court. It's gotten better in recent years, but this food court used to be almost completely deserted. Now it looks like word has gotten out, and there is a somewhat decent amount of foot traffic. Food stall turnover is still quite high though. Personally I think of it as a much quieter version of the Aberdeen Centre food court.
