What a mall! The inside is so clean and new looking. The place is hopping with business and more stores sre coming like Abercrombie and Fitch. Traffic was pretty bad when we were leaving but we took an UBER and that prevented a lot of stress. Check it out.

First place we go is Aberdeen Centre to pick up food when we arrived. Free parking but there's traffic getting into the parking garage structure. Took escalator up to 3rd floor where the food court is on. Ordered shrimp wonton noodles soup ($12.95) from Lung Kee booth. Wonton and soup were very flavorful but I wished they give veggies. This lack in veggies but overall it is good. Ordered steamed pork ribs with Chinese sausage over rice and Lemon iced tea from Leung Kee. $13.50 Loaded with pork ribs and it was very tender and flavorful. This is very good and flavorful. Ordered mango sago with pomelo dessert ($8.99) from Sunflower Fruity Desserts. It felt underwhelming. It is supposed to be a dessert to eat but instead it is watery and not thick. It is more like a drink. Highly recommended food from Leung Kee and Lung Kee.

I came to visit the food court. Large selection of various regions of asia foods. Shanghai, Szechuan, Cantonese etc. legit variety to choose from. You get good value for what you get. $15 per item. Fair price. As for the customer service its dependent on which food stall you choose. Clothes, trinkets, etc... are verrey expensive. Its like more than h&m $$. Average clothing is more than $100. I recommend coming for the food court, thats it.

Aberdeen Centre is a clean and modern 3-level shopping center with a good selection of clothing, jewelry, houseware, health & beauty stores, a large food court, and a few restaurants. It reminds me a lot of the shopping malls in Hong Kong. If you're in the Richmond area and want to kill time with an indoor activity, Aberdeen Centre is worth about a 2-hour visit to browse around. The lower level has a fun display that changes seasonally; when I visited end of March 2024, there was an Easter-themed + cherry blossom display. My one complaint was lack of seating other than at the food court. When coming from downtown Vancouver, the Canada Line is your most convenient option. Get off at Aberdeen station to go through Aberdeen Square (another shopping center that's much smaller) to get Aberdeen Centre.

My teen daughter loves going to the Asian mall in Vancouver BC. This is one we like due to its a good balance of stores and crowds. There's 3 level and they have a lot of options for teens who are into Japanese theme. The food court I think is probably my favorite part of the mall. You know you are in an Asian mall when 99% of the shoppers there are Asian. My teens favorite shops are: Oomomo, ArtBox, Candyland; and Gacha Gacha Hobbies & Toys. I like the mall because it gives them some Asian stores you don't find in the states and its not as overwhelming as Metro. That being said, I wish they had more apparel clothing stores like they do at Metros. There's a lot of tea shops there more then clothing. Parking can be a pain but they do have a garage. Just bring your patience and you will find a parking spot. Tip: take a photo of the spot and the entrance to where you go into the mall so you can find where you park afterwards. 2** stars for the stores options and parking, but 4 **** stars for the food court--hence I average it out to 3*** stars for the mall.

Nice clean mall with a large food court. Plenty of food options here and with some pretty good shopping. There is also an Hmart attached to this mall. Here for the food.

Left to right: beef burry, black paper chicken wings, buns with minced pork. All great!

We come here every single time we come to Vancouver. The food court never disappoints with the variety to choose from the unbeatable price. This time, we stopped by the first day for lunch. We got food from three different resultants, and they were all so good. We also got fresh fruit beverages. We ordered buns with minced pork, beef curry, and fried chicken wings. The staff from all resultants were very nice and friendly. We enjoyed the food sitting by the window with a view of the city.

This is a recommended stop when visiting Vancouver, so we made sure to fit it in! I love the Asian influence all throughout. It literally feels like you're in another Country. We opted to get something to eat at the food court and I couldn't believe how many options there are! My only reason for giving 4 stars is that several places only had cash payment options, not a credit card. As tourists in the area, we didn't have cash and so many places missed out on our business since we couldn't pay by card. Otherwise, the food was great and we easily found street parking out front.

While in Vancouver, have to stop by or at least walk through Aberdeen Centre mall... a lot of shops here, food court, restaurants and a big water fountain. when I was here the Aberdeen Centre Fountain Show was every hour - cool to watch the 8-10 minute fountain show playing to music. watched it twice... Plenty of stores to shop in and food places. Several Bubble waffle places, restaurants to dine it... check it out!

Got here early and had the whole food court to ourselves! Suck it!!!! Anyway, it's a really nice and clean food court. Plenty of tables!

It does have anchor tenants at all sides, so remember where you come in from. What I appreciate about this mall is the prices at the food court. I'm not sure if there is an agreement or something, but most of the food operators have at least a couple of items under $10, making it very affordable. Some even sell coffee or tea at under $2. You do see many elderly Asians here, maybe that's why there is cheaper options? They do occupy the tables at the food court chatting for a long period of time. Think of this as another version of Timmies, but with more food options. I was told the T&T here is the largest and it is busy at all hours. The parking area near it is always full. Park elsewhere where it has more empty spots. I like this Asian mini mart (Smart Save) where you can get many food stuff from Asia that are not available in T&T. There is also Langley Farm Market here which has nice produce. There are also Daiso, Dollarama, JYSK, Forum home appliances, etc here. Interesting mix of tenants. Crowded on weekends especially when there are special events in the atrium. It's like a typical mall you will see in Asia, packed with families.

In fact, the multi year transformation that its currently undergoing makes it less of a traditional mall and more of a mini city that has spawned into a mixed-use commercial district. Their use of natural lighting all throughout the space makes it an ideal place for a photo in any corner. In addition to the space, many stores have stepped in with a good number that are high-end to appease all of the new money coming into the city of Richmond. It has become a leisurely destination for families and teenagers as folks roam the mall from corner to corner. One of the most significant transformations has been their food court, which has been dubbed the DiningTERRACE and features a number of food and drink spots. The only downside has been the mediocrity of most spots, which has plenty of room for improvement. Parking is also a mess, especially during the weekend. Folks are constantly competing for space and camping out has become a necessity during their busiest times. As many skyscrapers have been built nearby and it's proximity to the metro rail, this place will only serve to be busier as time goes on. ____________ (#1) 18 years has flown by.

Parking is shared with the Aberdeen Centre parkade. In other words, it's a total war zone on the weekends. This part of the mall has been around for a few years, but it sure is empty. I'm not sure even 1/4 of the retail spaces are occupied. It's pretty dead. Anyone remember Bridgepoint? The redeeming factor (and I guess the only real reason to visit this part of the mall) is the food court. It's gotten better in recent years, but this food court used to be almost completely deserted. Now it looks like word has gotten out, and there is a somewhat decent amount of foot traffic. Food stall turnover is still quite high though. Personally I think of it as a much quieter version of the Aberdeen Centre food court.
