The entire office was clean, neat, and welcoming. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in, and the tech who assisted me was polite and efficient. I saw Kathryn Giunta, DNP, AGPCNP, and she was wonderful. She was thorough and did a great job explaining everything using analogies, videos, scans, and graphs, which made it much easier to understand what was going on. The visit itself was quick and organized. I was called in promptly and didn't feel like I was waiting around. My only downside was that the copay was double what I usually pay at my ENT in Tully, so I'll be doing some research before moving forward with the TMJ physical therapy referral they recommended.
