I developed an infection and had to go on antibiotics and they still pushed my root canal completion off a full week after canceling on me an hour before. They also collected payment from my insurance and claimed that they completed the crown and then told me they never ordered it and tried to convince me that I didn't need it. I would be cautious with your care. Dr Griner is very nice very sweet and very caring however the overall experience was terrible my root canal was started in April and has no crown it is now august I have another root canal left undone. I have filed a grievance because the office not responsive and now have to wait who knows how long to get approval from another dentist and wait for my insurance to sort it out with them. Be careful here collect all records be ontop of procedures and make sure you know what's being done etc.

My primary dentist referred me to Dr. Baharastani which was a great referral. They took my emergency call that same day and made a emergency appointment for that same afternoon. The office is organized and super clean. They follow all safety and health protocols. I felt at ease during the whole treatment. The bedside manner was great with funny jokes and banter which kept me at ease. The root canal was painless and very thorough. His skills and expertise were on point and my pain and toothache was gone. The molar was also kept in great shape for a crown. Dental insurance and payment was all seamless and explained. I was having tremendous pain in one of my wisdom teeth. Having a previously suffered, I pushed this day off. I happened to come across All County by a fluke google search. I clicked around their website where I saw a question box for scheduling an appointment. I plugged in my info 8pm that night not thinking to get a response; when my phone ringed. It was Dr Chavkin. He got me an appointment the very next day in the Melville office. IT WAS IMMACULATE. Front desk was lovely (I was helped by Darline (I hope that was her name)). Upon meeting Dr Chavkin; you could tell he is an expert at what he does. He discussed the next plan of action and I was schedule for surgery (wisdom tooth extraction) that Friday. I was taken in ON TIME and prepped with ease by Leslie. She was so sweet. I was so nervous still thinking about previous times mouth surgery didn't go well. One two three dr Chavkin got my tooth out. I FELT NOTHING AT ALL and it all went so quick. I seriously can't believe it. Now a week later I'm pretty much healed up and back to normal. Healing wasn't that bad (for having surgery). I'm literally so happy I found him. I wish his practice nothing but success. I will hopefully never have to come back but if I do I know where to go. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

After spending much time on the phone with my insurance company to find the Dentist i needed in my area or close. Dr Brar was the closest , (but not that close). My insurance company assured me I was fully covered for the whole procedure. When i showed up for my appointment they tried to tell me i was only covered for the extraction but not the bone graft or the implant, they wanted me to pay for them out of pocket which is costly. I advised them my insurance company set me up with them and said i am fully covered for all of it. I was uncomfortable with the look Dr Brar gave his assistant, they went ahead to start the extraction. I had a cracked molar that had to be pulled, sadly i suffer bone. loss so my teeth are not that stable already. I had two wisdom teeth that were tight in my gums that came out without a problem, didn't even realize it was pulled. Not this time, he had great difficulty pulling it out, literally felt like he was using a jack hammer breaking up my tooth, when it finally was over he did not put the bone graft in while my gum was open like the other dentist did with my wisdom tooth, instead he said he had to get approval should take about 5 days, 2 weeks go by they said they still didn't receive it. Now i have to spend more time calling my insurance company to see what the hold up is, turned out they did approve it. So i call back to let them know and his secretary tells me well, we're accepting your insurance for the extraction but not the bone graft or implant. Now i have to find another peridontist to finish the job. So shame on him, feel bad for any patient who actually believed them and paid out of pocket . I reported him, hopefully he gets dropped from our plan.. be aware of what your benefits cover, sorry Dr Brar that you couldn't scam this girl for more mone

I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal. I was cringing the whole drive here because I had a horrible experience with another practice. Right away, I loved how warm the front-desk staff was. The waiting area id bright and cheery and I didn't smell all the chemicals ( which I loathe) I usually smell at dentist office. The wait was practical. Dr. Einbender came in and introduced himself and got right to business. I was very impressed with the tools that made the whole thing more pleasant including a proper mouthguard so I didn't feel like I was swallowing fragments of my tooth. It took him about 30 mins and the best part there wasn't any pain. Leaving with the anesthesia still in effect but I'm so pleased. Positive I won't be going anywhere else if needed.
