OVER TWO YEARS LATER ??? Like what is the point now, after I sustained injury and left my case i their hands, I am left with now trying to find another lawyer and as per Belushin it would be best that it's within 3 years of my accident. But the real question, is if you don't do labor law as part of your service then why do you even have it listed in the first place. They will move the goal post multiple times as you ask for clarity such as "threshold" requirements and ultimately tell you whatever they think you want to hear so they can hang up. If told they'll call you back with 48 hours, you'll have to wait 2 weeks before realizing they never planned on calling. They drop and dismiss your case without ever making a call either. If you call to speak to the legal team you've spoken to before, they will LIE and say they aren't available and pass you over to sone one more than happy to hang up on you because what are you going to do about it.
