This place offers no clear communication at each stage and you'll have to speak to multiple people because every time you call back for updates they will assign someone new who doesn't know your case. They will without directly saying so tell you to get a surgery so the claim can be higher(for their cut). If not they will have one person say you'll be dropped them have someone else named Mya come along and reinsure you they will not drop you and proceed. DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM. They will move the goal post multiple times as you ask for clarity such as "threshold" requirements and ultimately tell you whatever they think you want to hear so they can hang up. If told they'll call you back with 48 hours, you'll have to wait 2 weeks before realizing they never planned on calling. They drop and dismiss your case without ever making a call either. If you call to speak to the legal team you've spoken to before, they will LIE and say they aren't available and pass you over to sone one more than happy to hang up on you because what are you going to do about it. The service rendered was horrible they are ambulance chasers. they contacted me for therapy after i had an accident. They had my case for three years stringing me along. Every time I called them because they never call you for an update they tell me they have a conference with the auto insurance attorney. After three years of stringing me along they wrote me a letter stating they are not representing me anymore and to find a new lawyer. Three months before my deadline to to file. I do not know how they got my information, they had to get it from the police officer or the ambulate personal, they contacted me and than just drop my case. I was assigned Ofshtein law firm from the physical therapy place I was going to in the Bronx after my car accident. When signing up these guys are very responsive, friendly , and nice as long as you keep going to therapy and doctor visits. Once you complete your therapy and doctor visits the change begins and everyone avoids any questions of the following procedures and what to expect, they never told me what my settlement or case was as far as amounts. And never called me to follow up on my case or give me any information on my case. These guys took most if not all of my settlement and told me that the offer I received was 1000$ that's all. Lmao I don't believe a settlement of that amount can exist especially with physical therapy and mri's and other mandatory doctors I had to see for this case that I was sent to by the law firm. The best part of all is from that petty offer they still supposedly have to take their cut smh. So my point of this review is if you hear this law firm pop up or search it up or hear a claim of one happy customer I say please avoid these guys at all cost. This is the worst experience of my life they treat people as if the customers are stupid or by calling to ask anything we are interrupting their day. When the customer comes first always. I believe these guys are sketchy I wouldn't say fraudulent but definitely sketchy and very very very poor customer assistance or help. Horrible! I do not recommend at all!!! Poor communication skills and they make the decisions on your case without consulting the client and their explanation is inadequate and condescending. They pretty much settle my case horribly and left me in the dark then had a para legal try to "finesse" me. I'm still waiting for my last horrible settlement that I pretty much was robbed and left with a lifetime injury with no feasible compensation and still nothing. I was in a motor vehicle accident and had to have surgery. I lost wages they didn't get any $$ for me for lost wages. Then the offer they gave was low end but I agreed to it. It took me damn near 3 mos to receive my settlement because they claimed their was a lien from the physical therapy place. I was rear ended at JFK airport. In the confusion I was approached by someone with a card. From that point it was lie after lie. I was told that I could secure a loan based on the settlement in a few weeks... when I signed the paperwork weeks became months... every time I asked about it, I was told next week or after this appointment. I had to drive 100 plus miles for appointments and ended up spending more money then I had for gas and tolls. In the end, after 6 months of run around, I had to just drop the suit... I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. Very shady practice they had my child's case for 4 YEARS and did absolutely nothing. The firm was signing people up at the physical therapy place that should have sent off flags but it didn't. It gets worse this was my child's first accident she suffers from back pain constantly. The firm never called to update on the case probably because they did nothing. Every time I called I was told someone would call back and never did. The firm neglected to name my child as a child so when the firm got an offer which was astronomically low they told us they would hold the money at the office until my child turned 18. WHAT? That is not how it works at all are you kidding me? I took my child's case from them. Bottom line RUN shady people no results Horrible experience all around.
