This is the closest Levis store I know of near San Antonio. It is located at the outlet store in San Marcos. They have a great selection of jeans and everything Levis. The best part is that since it is the outlet store you are guaranteed to find the best deals. read more

Just left the outlet store in San Marcos...it's my wife's birthday and she asked for a certain style of Levi's jean. When I found what I was looking for at the women's section of the store, I was approached by a Hispanic associate and she asked me if I was shopping for myself and what size I needed. Really?! This "woke" generation is getting out of hand. I will not be doing any Christmas shopping here this season. read more

I'm a big Levi's fan. I'm also a 38 in the waist which I guess everyone else is. They didn't have my size in any pants that were in the price range I wanted. I don't get what's special about 501 or 505's, but they were pretty proud of them. I guess there was a good deal if you want those kinds of pants, but I'll go to Target for my Levi's and pay $20 or less. read more

Been wearing 501's since I was in highschool and recently had a few newer pairs mysteriously bust right in the crotch. So I just took back the pairs of jeans that had torn for replacements(Life Tip: Always save your receipts). Mr. Scott was very helpful in getting my pants swapped out and getting me back into my favorite jeans. Thanks a bunch to the staff at Levi's! read more

I went to make an exchange for an online order and asked a sales rep to hold onto the jeans I was returning while I looked for a pair I wanted. Not only did they not have any of the styles I wanted, but when I went to complete my exchange, a different cashier interrupted me in the middle of me asking a question, rushed through my return without communicating what she was doing and handed me a gift card. At no point did she explain to me that she chose a store credit option for me and that there was a second option to return the jeans for free by mail. So now I have a gift card to a store that doesnt have what I want and no pants and I'm still out $80. Her manager simply said sorry and shrugged his shoulders. Worst customer service ever. read more

This is the friendliest Levis store I've ever been to. Produced is kept well Stocked, sales people are extremely helpful, cashiers are extremely nice! I will definitely shop here again. I shopped here during the summer (2015)...the workers did not seem happy to be there at all...now during the holidays (2015) something totally has changed...this store is wonderful! read more

We grabbed some aguas frescas to sip on while we explored and they were delicious and a great price for how big they were. We had a big breakfast but it would be nice to try some of the many lunch spots they had throughout the market. The stores had everything but I loved the amount of talavera pottery to choose from and stocked up as much as my suitcase would allow. Prices are super reasonable as well considering these are handmade artisan pieces. I use my tazas everyday and they are the best coffee cups I have ever had. The merchants are super friendly and helpful as well. Everyone was very welcoming and made it a great experience. I hope to be back in the future!

I opted out, and still had the opportunity to put the heart with a tiny note with it in myself. With care she closed her up and handed over my new friend. I don't know how long it was, but I definitely walked around tearing up looking at each clothing item until I made my choice. Again, the wonderful ladies gave me my space, while still being available if needed. I know BAB doesn't count as therapy, but it sure helps when your crew is kind. This is my third "grief" bear for the same loss, thank you for making it just as meaningful as the first. I paid around $65 for the bear, top, bottom, and an additional shirt for a bear at home. Pricy, but for every now and then it's totally worth it. The prices of the bears range, and you can pay extra for scent or sound. I always choose the button that makes it feel like a heartbeat, worth it every time, but will make the price go up. The ONLY reason I can't give five stars is due to the location. This was my first time to the SM location hoping I'd have more choices and larger store. Most of the store looked empty and/or heading towards an empty mall type of place. They did tell me there was a leak when I walked in (marked clearly, no issue) but they also had a giant ac unit blocking some ways, but was probably much needed lol. I feel that there could have been more bear choices, or all the bears together since I didn't see one I also loved until after I had mine stuffed. It was also a bummer to see bears on display that they no longer sell/don't have in stock. I feel that they need better signage for clothing types/sections (seasonal/sport/disney princess/marvel/Harry Potter/everyday wear/etc). Also better displayed wash stations, dress stations, birth certificate counter, and definitely... a more welcoming environment physically. The employees did their part wonderfully, BAB needs to work on theirs internally. If you read it this far, hi! The world is better with you in it and I'm so glad you're here. My first bear was a traditional birthday bear, the second was a floral bunny. I choose a spooky silly bear this time, I would like to believe that's the type of kid she would be.
