I hate shopping and honestly rarely go to Kohl's because I think they are over priced and their women's clothes are ...just blah. That's only my opinion though ladies so don't come for me please Why I'm writing this review ~~ We only went in to grab a couple shirts for hubby ....so I said ,"Welp, I might as well go look at the shoe clearance rack ,while you painfully look for the shirts you want right??" Believe it or not , I found a pair of adidas on clearance in the youth section just under this sign that said , TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 50% OFF AT REGISTER . OF COURSE I grabbed the shoes and then hubby to go check out. When we got to the next open register ,there was Bryn with her kind smile ,... she walked us through the sign up for a Kohls card and was the most helpful, patient little GEM whom I am grateful for. Moral of the story (rant)really...... Sometimes it's the smallest things or things we think aren't that big of deal,that make someone write a positive review or makes us want to return there to shop even. So many people HATE their jobs and it shows!!!! It shows in their attitude It shows with their lack of patience It shows in their frown It shows in their huffs & puffs CUSTOMER SERVICE jobs are hard, I get that , I know from experience..... but sometimes you gotta fake it till you make it . I explained the situation and she said "honey it was purchased in july, it is now november. We have a 14 day policy which you are lucky we even have that since most stores dont have that". Well actually most stores have a 30 day policy and are much nicer to customers unlike her especially with defective items. I explained to her I would make sure to never shop there again since she continued to talk down on me and treat me as if my concerns didnt matter. So now I am basically SOL on this item because of their poor quality in clothing. This store is not worth the money especially if the items that are brand new will not hold up and management will not do anything about it. When she got home and checked the ingredients, she noticed the expiration date was 12/25/25 -- already expired. She took it back to customer service and was given a hard time about getting a refund or even an exchange. After some back and forth, the manager finally agreed to let her exchange it. When she went back to the meat section, she noticed the entire brand was expired -- every single package dated 12/25/25. She grabbed ten of them and brought them to the manager, asking why expired meat was still being sold. No explanation. So, moral of the story: don't buy food at Walmart without checking the expiration date first.
