This hotel had a great location for city center. It is an American chain hotel fyi. They have a lovely breakfast each morning. a small cafe for afternoon tea and pastry or beverage and a roof top dining experience. That if it's not too windy the roof top dinner is quite beautiful. The view is of the Bosque and the city . Close walk to the sites and not far from the spice bazaar and the grand bazaar. Note to self taxi will drop you off so there is a slight walk to the hotel door and the hotel is at the bottom of the hill b so you hike up quite a bit each day when going touring. Be careful with the 5th floor as you're below the restaurant and it's quite noisy in the room. Staff is helpful and there to please for sure. read more

I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service this hotel staff provided. Upon arrival, we were set up for an incredible Turkish bath. The ladies who provided the service were fun and made the experience comfortable. I felt brand new afterward. Dinner reservations were made for on the rooftop of the hotel. The seabass and Greek salad are delicious. Excellent food and service. I hope to visit again. read more

The Levni Hotel is absolutely fantastic. We recently spent a wonderful week in Istanbul at the Levni. The location is perfect; Everything you want to see is within walking distance. Plus, it's located next to the Governor's building so the block is completely secure. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms were a little on the small side, but they're fine. The Bosphorous side has great views. The hotel has a pool and a Hamam. It's small but comfortable. The breakfast is fine and there are plenty of options. The highlight of the Levni hotel is the staff. Every single person we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The front desk and the concierge staff were all outstandingly helpful and friendly. The front desk knew who we were, and were happy to help with anything. They were the people we saw the most in a day, and they were fantastic in every way. The concierge, Nural, receives glowing reviews from everyone and for good reason. He may be one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered. I emailed the hotel a couple of weeks before our trip to ask for suggestions for a tour to Ephesus. Nural emailed me back right away with a recommended tour that he could book for us. I told him the number of people and which days we were free, and he found pricing. We picked a group tour for the Thursday we were there, and he booked everything for us while we were home in Chicago (including the flight, hotel pickup and drop-off, and tour guide). He also suggested a private walking tour of Istanbul for our first full day, and when we accepted he booked and arranged that as well. I cannot imagine another affordable hotel that would do all of this for you before you even arrived. It made our trip so much better and easier! When we arrived at the hotel, Nural sat down with us and provided us a hand drawn map. He showed us the layout of the City, showed us where the main sites were in relation to our hotel, showed us how to get everywhere, and made suggestions based on the length of our stay for which sites to see on which days. This was the single most helpful thing I have ever experienced in a hotel. It helped us orient ourselves with Istanbul right away. Any day that we had questions on the weather, how to get some place, what to eat or see, etc Nural, Greta, or the people at the Front desk were all happy to help. The hotel provides some nice freebies if you book directly through them. Since we stayed over 6 nights, we were picked up from the airport, received 1 free dinner at the hotel, and received 1 free 30 minute spa treatment each. Upon arrival our room had a complimentary bottle of wine with a handwritten card welcoming us. This was very nice. Overall Levni is a good hotel in a great location with fantastic staff and provides a great value. It is no wonder Istanbul is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the World. It is a beautiful modern city with tons of history, wonderful people, and hotels like the Levni that make your vacation the fullest it can be. I highly recommend everyone come to Istanbul and stay at the Levni hotel. read more
I am more than pleased with Levni Hotel & Spa. The overall modern Turkish ambiance, decor and tone are unique and lend to shaping the stay in Istanbul in a very favorable way. Try to get a room on an upper floor with a view of The Bosphorus. The windows can be fully opened and it's fabulous to listen to the call of prayer or just sit in the windowsill and gaze out over all of the city and mosques. This hotel made my trip. I also stayed at The Ritz Carlton. Which was nice. But it just doesn't compete with Levni on the kind of experience you get being able to open your windows and look out over the city. With Turkish decor in the rooms. GREAT TUBS AND SHOWERS, TOO. And a lovely hamam. Not to be missed if you stay. Plus, there is a full spread breakfast every morning with something for everyone. You can make it healthy or you can make it indulgent. And it's included in the room price. The hotel is also walkable to all the main destinations, (Blue Mosque, etc.) I think as long as you get a room that has the view and the windows, This hotel CAN"T BE BEAT. read more

Rating the spa here. Staff was great, but victims of circumstance. Due to lack of staff we were interrupted three times during a couples hamam! Root cause was not staffing someone at the desk at all times One stopped mid massage to show someone around the spa! Not what I was hoping for on my first and possibly only turkish bath experience and especially not for 90€. Oh yeah, the pool that is within ear shot of all spa rooms is open to all hotel guests (which included a crying baby), far from zen. Horrible experience for us. Go somewhere else. read more

Our honeymoon began and ended at Levni, with bookend stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was so helpful - when we arrived, Burcu kindly offered us a drink and spent time showing us where the sites were on a map in relation to Levni. Neither of us had been to Istanbul before, so this gesture made us feel so much more comfortable in the neighborhood. During both stays, the rooms were beautiful and very clean. The spa/pool area was very nice - you need to use a bathing cap to access the pool. The breakfast offerings were vast and delicious - we miss our breakfasts in Turkey now that we are back to the daily grind in the U.S.A. Thank you Levni Hotel for a great experience - the personal touches you made were thoughtful and made our honeymoon special. We hope to visit again! read more
This is a great boutique hotel located right in the heart of the old town. It is a 5min walk to the hippodrome, blue mosque area. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to accommodate all requests. The spa was excellent .. Highly recommend the hot stone massage! Few negatives.. The restaurant isn't very good.. Especially for Turkish vegetarian food. Try the air boy hotel ( restaurant peshkazade) for great options. The rooms get very hot and you need to call front desk to adjust temp. read more
