Once I met the movers at residence, the team was very helpful getting us out of there. It involved some moving of cars and a lot of patience, it was a large haul. Second one was not shipped together with the first. Four emails were ignored as follow up and I just received a call from shipping company. Cost me an additional $68 shipping! Very poor communication, excuses and follow thru.
